This place is hands down my new favorite place to dine at in Winslow, AZ. If you are craving Mexican food. They have a variety of good choices. Friendly young cashier who takes your order is amazing and smiling. Makes you feel welcome. Dine in area is great and is a great place to fuel up, relax, take a load off, check out the shop and afterwards get back on I-40! When I go back to AZ and if I am ever in the Winslow area. This is in fact my go to spot now. Give it a try and you’ll feel much appreciated here and welcome.

I wish I could review separately for food because the food was amazing. If you are patient and don’t mind a disrespectful attitude then this is the place for you. First thing, being the ONLY customer in line for over 5 minutes and not even being greeted or acknowledged is ridiculous. I had made a very simple request on a burrito and was told that she doesn’t thing they can do it ( taking the stem off of a chili) they agreed to do it for me. While waiting for our order we watched the cashier interact with the next customer, whom she made fun of and loudly laughed at. Shout out to that man for staying calm until she ended up laughing at him while saying she can’t understand what he was saying. I was in such disbelief, she must be related to the owner if she treats customers like that and still has a job. Even in the picture, she is laughing at someone, not smiling at her customers. Once she finally bagged our order and my daughter asked for a refill, this cashier said that it would cost $1. So there is now my daughter standing at the register with her cup and her money while this lady ignores her AGAIN for several minutes. Another customer had to finally speak up and get us the refill. I haven’t seen such bad customer service in a very long time. I hope for the sake of your business that you deal with your dead weight and bad employees because the food was amazing and probably the best I’ve had in a while.

It being sunday i woke up feeling some menudo, reading the reviews everyone says its good but coming out of south texas this menudo wasn’t it, no oregano, no crushed peppers, menudo did not have oregano smell and the broth tasted really fake like if it was from can, tacos were great, if i come again ill stop for tacos got me a carnitas and a cabesa taco and they were rlly good, carnitas were kinda dry but they worked.

Service alone is outstanding, Alexis took my order, very polite and so is the other crew. I got 2 tacos, they are enormous O.O . You get plenty of cheese, lettuce, pico, and meat. And it tasted fresh, to my surprise. They need more places like this at truck stops. Also very polite employees in other parts of the store. This place is better than Flying J

We were hesitant to stop as it’s attached to a truck stop and there weren’t very many people in the restaurant, usually not a good sign. The food and service was excellent! Highly recommend!
