We stopped for the first time after driving by on a couple of previous trips. It was a great decision. The food was inexpensive, very tasty, and quickly served. Very well done. The building is quite nice and very new. They have been open for only 1 year and 1 day. I highly recommend El Dorado.

The restaurant was very clean inside the tables were clean and nice. We were greeted by the staff and they were friendly . They brought chips and salsa rite away. The salsa here is kinda simple and basic. The food was hot and fresh . It was good food . The prices here are fantastic . Good service and kind people. They also had a live band playing a very nice touch. We will stop again to eat for sure.

I ate here twice over the weekend. I had the steak the first night and was underwhelmed with it. Too thin and just no flavor, the fires were good though. OK, I am at a Mexican joint so do Mexican, so my next meal was the beef fajitas and that was great. Our waiter had lots of personality and the restaurant was very clean. The men’s room needed a little attention but was ok. Parking was good and the overall experience was very good. I will go back.

Food was overly salted and overly priced for what they give you. The $20 steak my husband got was about a $5 steak with about $6 worth of salt on it. Even the quesadillas the rest of us ordered were too salty to finish. If they didn’t have so much salt, I think it would have tasted pretty good.

My first visit at this restaurant was not great it was even good. All the rice they served us was old and cold. We ask the server to please replace our rice with hot rice. The replacement rices came out even cold. All they did was put the replacement rice on a hot microwave plate. I cannot recommend this place. Stay away!!!!!! It only good for people who don’t travel and know what a Great Mexican Restaurant Taste…. You have been Warned!!!!

Overall a nice place to eat in Liberty. Let’s face it, there are not many choices. Mexican food in Tex Mex style. I ordered a trio plate with taco, tamale, and enchilada. All were good. My husband got a quesadilla which was served with rice and beans. He rated it okay; it could have been better but it also could have been worse. Nice atmosphere and the wait staff was great.
