Nice place! We were in Loveland (from Colorado Springs)for the sweetheart festival and asked a couple of local men, that worked for the city, what mexican place they would recommend…El Cielo was one of them and we would be near their location so it’s the one we chose. SO glad we did! Oh my gosh it was so good…deliciousness on all of our plates! Freshly made with quality/fresh ingredients, great quantities, classy but comfortable atmosphere and VERY clean (loved that most!) and the employees were constantly on the move cleaning, checking in, serving, etc., service was absolutely phenomenal…friendly, attentive, accurate and fun. We all four felt very welcomed and appreciated from the time we walked in the door to the time we walked out. If we’re ever in that area again I can say, without a doubt, that we WILL be back!
The servers name on our receipt was Christian and since I missed his name when he said it, I have to assume the ticket name is correct. Do thank you Christian for great service, having a sense of humor and an all around great experience! We appreciate you.

We took our granddaughters to eat and left very disappointed!!! 8.00 each for an enchilada that was like a cheese quesadilla rolled up, no sauce. The other girl had a burrito with what she called cat food in it and a little cold cheese sprinkled on top. I had fish tacos with corn tortillas that crumbled and a battered piece of over done and very greasy. They had just a couple piece of plain cabbage and sour cream on the side. No favor and just plain horrible. My husband meal was strictly basic, I’ve had better banquet frozen tv dinners. So mad at myself for even paying! Never again! They need to go to Mexico and get some cooking lessons

so first off, they bring a bran dip with chips to the table instead of the traditional salsa and chips you receive at most Mexican restaurants around here … different, but not bad … but our food was so soggy/soupy when it got to the table it was just about enedible, both our entrees were just swimming in sauce. I had a chimichanga and it was soggy by the time it got to the table … flavors were good, just wish it wasn’t soooooo soupy … the drinks were good, to go cups are large

Went with hubby & daughter to dinner. This was beyond expectations. The mole was authentic. Super smokey and dark, robust with a hint of sweet spice. I ordered a virgin margarita & the waitress didn’t hesitate on taking that request; as I’ve had previous servers respond like they didn’t understand what that meant.. or worse: WHY. We really enjoyed this spot. The vibe was chill & everything was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend.

Inside newly renovated nice bright and clean. Same great staff friendly and attentive as always. New menus and prices but, they didn’t go up as much as one would think. Let’s face it do you want cheap no service and poor food, or pay slightly more and get smiling faces and food that tastes great?

Had amazing service from Edith she went above and beyond to show us a great time. From her attitude to her being polite and smiling the whole time, she was absolutely the best part of our experience here, the margaritas are to die for as well as the medium chilli they pour over their spectacular chimichangas.

Super consistent very tasty Mexican food had about five or six different things on the menu at any given time all are absolutely outstanding.Love the idea of a salsa bar, I get what I want and how much of it I want. Service is always impeccable. I love this place show up here if you want real Mexican food, best in the area.
