Had gone to the woodlands location and had a great experience so we chose this location when we were in Tomball. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. We ordered the lunch special fajitas, cheese enchiladas and two kids pepperoni pizzas. My real gripe other than the service was my fajitas: it was less than a chicken breast worth of chicken with an entire onion underneath it for $16.99. I understand that lunch items will have less food but the amount of chicken was crazy considering price point and knowing last time I got the single lunch fajita taco for $13.99 and there’s was 3x more chicken in it! I was also disappointed with service, I understand the bartender had the whole restaurant to himself however including us he only had two tables and I still had to get his attention to get any service the whole meal. Overall very disappoining experience compared to their woodlands location.

Where do I start! I came to this place based upon reviews! THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! My waiter was a gray haired Hispanic man . Very rude and disrespectful! I love to tip my servants ANYWHERE I GO! I was in the middle of asking about the menu and he walked right off mid conversation to the next guest and took their drink orders! Unsure if it’s because we were the only AFRICAN AMERICANS IN THE BUILDING BUT…. I HATE TO PULL THE “RACE CARD” but it was most definitely the vibes at this place ! First and last experience thanks!

Great Mexican restaurant in Spring/Tomball TX area. Went in for early dinner, late lunch, and we were not disappointed. Nice, fresh food. Tostadas were fresh, jo was tasty for starters. We ordered enchiladas and Pollo loco. Pollo Loco consisted of a breast of chicken, ham, avocado and cheese with Pico on the side. It was like We went during Happy hour and I had a decent sized margarita. I’m sure this place is busy during dinner time and weekend. A must try.

Seafood enchiladas with shrimp and crawfish. I like this location a little better than the one on Gosling. Slower and more quieter. The staff at both locations are great and the service at both locations is wonderful. We keep returning. We’ve been to both locations several times in the past few months and everything we’ve had has always been excellent. You should give them a try.

Most delicious Mexican food! We have tried MANY other Mexican restaurants but nothing compares to El Chapparo. Not only the food is great but the people and the environment is very welcoming. Drinks are delicious and bar tenders are very helpful on what to order. The 3 ladies behind the bar are awesome at their job and very nice to speak too! We mostly go to the original but the second one is very good also!
