I came here to get some pupusas and I wasn’t disappointed. There were very delicious. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to eat some traditional pupusas.

Maybe I came on a wrong day. These puphsas were not good. Uterly small for being $5. The masa did not taste like it was made for pupusas. It was on the harder thicker side. You can literally see it’s not a good pupsa. Whatever drive you Pupusa Time or the other one close by

I wasn’t going to leave a review, but now I feel like I need to.
We ordered the Yuca chicharon plate, and when it came out it looked nothing like the picture. The Yuca was cold and it had 6 pieces of small fried chicharon. We ordered the pupusa plate with rice and beans, the pupusas themselves were decent. But the rice didn’t have a good flavor. And we got a burrito carne asada. When it came out they put a baby portion of chips on the plate. The amount we paid we expected more, especially the chicharon.
But now my son has a stomach ache. And honestly I wish I went with my better judgment, when I saw the kitchen. The kitchen did not look clean.
The service was friendly, but we will never be coming back.

Yuca Chicharon playe very small. Very rude and lazy son ruins the service. Parents work so hard and complain that the son does nothing. Son is rude to customers and they apologize for their son’s behavior. Should be ashamed he lives with his parents at 30+ with his gf and all they do is smoke all day being unproductive only working weekends wow such hard work. I feel bad for the Owners(parents)

Nice little hole in the wall Papuseria. The food was delicious, especially the fried plantains! We ordered a wet burrito, different types of papusas, yuca frita and plantains. Let’s just say, all my kids gobbled down their food w no complaints (unheard of).

Service was fast, friendly owner and cooks. Def not a sit down restaurant type of a place. It is more for dropping in and having a quick bite or getting your food to go.

Really good steak tacos, although a tad bit expensive. I don’t necessarily mind paying a little more for better quality food though.

Obviously its sort of a small place, so not sure about any dine in potential. Luckily, all I care about is the food.

Will be going again to try the pupusas in the near future

I love this little gem I stumbled upon on Pacheco Blvd, Martinez. My chicken burrito was very good and the 2 little bundles of fresh lime wedges and sauteed red onion w chopped jalapeño were a delicious surprise. I gambled on a small clamshell of Salvadoran cookies and I had to make myself stop eating them. Everyone who has tried them, likes them. They’re not very sweet, which I like. Their jamaica is possibly the best Ive ever had.
I look forward to my next trip to Martinez just to eat here again.
