Fun, friendly place with delicious food. Everything is made fresh on the premises. Pablo, our server, was cordial and attentive. The owner, Mario, made the rounds and was jovial and seemed to really care about his customers. The food was, in my opinion, better than any other Mexican food you can find in Louisville. If you like Mexican food, go here. You will love it. They get my seal of approval.

We just found our new favorite restaurant. I had the Jessica special, and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken soup, and she said it was amazing. The margarita my wife had was on point. I don’t normally like margaritas but the one she had was very good. We will be going back to try some other items off the menu.

Solid Mexican food. Festive music and live Mariachi music on the weekends. Carne asada is not my favorite. Very thinly sliced and dry. The other staples are pretty solid. Margaritas are good and I liked the happy guy who brings you a complementary tequila shot of their house liquor.

We decided to try this place instead of our usual favorite El Nopal. The service was good. The food was mediocre, luke warm and had little flavor.
But we were hungry so ate it and left. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return. Based on recent reviews we assumed it would be good. But maybe it was an off day.

Was in the area and wanted mexican food so we decided to stop by here and try it out! I will deff be back! Their customer service is tip top perfection and the food is AMAZING! Will be back! Maybe a special trip from PRP because it IS worth it.

With the yummy pictures and great reviews of this place we decided to go. I was expecting to rave about it like the many others had. I give it a 3 for the service. She was fast & friendly. The rest of the experience would be a zero. All 4 plates ordered & starting with the cheese dip were awful. Cheese is bland and was cold, had to ask to be reheated. Every meat was overly salted & weird…nothing special at all and very thinly sliced and stingy with the amount of it for $26. I usually give the place a fair chance but I couldn’t find one item that any of us had that was worth mentioning. Burritos small and too salty and covered in that bland cheese mess, the rice… just no. Hugely disappointed and for $92 plus tip, not worth it.
