The brisket tacos were great. Nice salad menu. Nice addition to the Sonoita restaurant scene.
We almost went to the Brewery across the road but opted for a small and cozy place instead.
The second we walked in the bartender warmly welcomed us and brought water to our table. He explained the menu and drink options. This place is cozy and decorated nicely and sparkling clean . Our food was delicious and my craft IPA from a brewery in Padagonia just down the highway was sooo on point ! Myself being in the beer and hospitality industry gave the rating on a complete spectrum of the essential ingredients that make a fantastic experience!

We really wanted to love this place. We’re visiting the area for two weeks and were looking for a regular go-to, but the service here was honestly baffling. We sat in our booth for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. My wife went up twice to ask for help and was completely ignored. Eventually, I had to go to the bar and get a bit aggressive just to get someone to pay attention to us.
It’s a shame because the artisan pizza and charcuterie board were outstanding—easily 5-star quality. But when you have to fight that hard just to be served at 3:00 PM (when it wasn’t even peak hours), it ruins the experience. We didn’t leave a tip, and we won’t be back during the rest of our trip.
Meanwhile there was a “bartender” in a deep and lively conversation with a patron. We didn’t really think much of it at the time till we had waited 30-40 mins for our app cheese crisp and two pizzas. As the patron at the bar left, the gentleman we took for the bartender said something about getting back to the kitchen.
We were just about to leave when one of the pizza came out, followed by the next pizza two minutes later, and finally a minute or so later by the cheese crisp app.
At this point we were rather annoyed at the wait, when the chatty line cook came out to, we assumed, apologies about the wait or maybe give us a discount. Instead he was confrontational about how long we “actually” waited for food. He tried to explain the pizzas took at least 15 mins in the oven. Which doesn’t really account for the cheese crisp coming out after the pizzas. Or the 40 min wait for the food.
I literally work as a line cook in a restaurant and this was a amazing display of exactly what not to do, every step of the way.
Good atmosphere. Very chill place. Relaxing vibes all the time. The owner and waitress were super nice and attentive. Great conversations to be had if you bother and they’re not crazy busy.
Looking forward to going back!
