Came here to eat with a couple of coworkers on 12/11/25 wasn’t properly greeted, Each waiter made us feel like we were a burden to them for eating there, got steak tacos they came out with kinda hard tortillas and the meat almost had 0 flavor, only thing they were good at was taking our money I don’t recommend this place

We always love the food, service and atmosphere here. But we were there on the coldest day of the winter so far, no one was out. We thought the restaurant would be cold but is was warm and inviting even though it was a “slow” day. We know we can go back this winter and not only get great food but also be comfortable! My dad and I went to El Burrito Loco yesterday. The food was very good. There are so many things on the menu to choose from. The waiter did an excellent job. He was friendly, informative, and attentive. We were happy to see that they had a lunch menu with many choices. We will be going back soon.

Very good Mexican/American food with good portions and fast service. The staff is friendly and the decor is fun to look at. I really like their carnita plates, lots of food and very flavorful! The hotter salsa had a nice kick as well, you have to ask for it.
