I ordered marinated beef plate… i have traveled extensively all over the world. This by far was the single toughest piece of meat.I have ever been served to include three tours in iraq ,20 years of military service an extensive travel. The entree rang up for 3 dollars more than the menu. I was unable to cut the steak with the knife provided.I had to pull it apart with my hands and that was not an easy task. I would avoid this place

I have never had a bad experience here in two years. I absolutely love all the staff. The food is consistent 95% of the time but always good. Definitely not the vibe if you’re looking for an Americanized Mexican restaurant, Definitely what you’re looking for if you want a Latin American experience.
My go to is the video tacos with their beans and cheese. The Chilaquiles are also great!

We had takeout. It wasn’t edible. Cold when we picked it up. Seemed like we were annoying them. No one speaks English. There is NO way this is a legitimate business. The parking lot is empty always. The place is filthy. Very curious as to what actually happens there. I will find out though.

Ordered plantains covered with ground beef , and honestly I was far from impressed. I could be wrong but it could just be a case of them being frozen that they look like this but I wasn’t comfortable eating them because idk if they were bad or not. The server seems like it’s her first job with a high amount of attitude (until addressed by her manager) and very little concern for simple requests like silverware (which we tried to get her attention 5-6 times while she ate her candy at the register..I just eventually went and got my own after she stepped outside ..) my husband said the beans were great tho .. so there’s that . It breaks my heart to give it a bad review because we were rooting for the food to be awesome.

Amazing! They are a home away from at least for me and my family there very friendly here, the younger ones are a little quite but very polite the food is just like home so try it! If you’re use to Mexican food this is the place. So just check it out!

Don’t know about the food didn’t get to the point of ordering. The people that were there felt as if it was the owners family having a party. Music extremely loud people talking were trying to talk over the music. The atmosphere was that of a night club decorated as a restaurant ♀️

Think tonight was my 3rd order from here and lawdddd the shrimp empanadas and the Salchipapa are fireeeee, and the horchata is delicious! So good. Will definitely be getting food from here more often.

I ordered the carna asada meal and it was alright. Meat was slightly too salty and over cooked but still good. Rice was kinda nice but just wish it was warmer. I didn’t care for the beans tbh; i prefer the refried beans. Salad was ok. The corn tortillas tasted and felt homemade so that was definitely the plus. Our server was super friendly but the seats at one of the booth was loose and old. Table was just too far from the seats so had to lean in to eat. Prices are higher than others in the area. Overall, might come back to try something else so will update my review then.

I am giving this restaurant 2 stars only because the chips, salsa, beans and rice were good and the people were nice. The empanadas I ordered came to me swimming in grease. I had to put a doubled folded paper towel under them to soak up some of the grease that had puddled in the plate and that didn’t soak up all the grease. I ate the cheese out of one of them and that is far as I could get. I also got a chicken and beef one. I didn’t like the taste of the filling in either of those either, but even if the filling was to my liking, I still could not get past the grease. I am including a picture of the grease soaked paper towel.
