I am disappointed to see that the chef is not wearing a mask or gloves to prepare the food, especially since he answers the phone and is talking while he’s cooking. If they ask their customers to wear masks to protect themselves, I wish they would also do what’s right to protect their customers. It’s a s thehame because their food is delicious, but this may keep us away for a few months.

Hidden gem in the KC food truck lot. Ceviche was awesome and it looks like they have more authentic dishes than just your usual Peruvian Chicken place (no shade, I love those too).
They have ample parking and covered seating, but you’ll be outside, so remember to buy some cold drinks.

Update, we have been coming here for 11 months now and still love it! The beef is so tender!
I absolutely love this place!! We came here for the first time looking for an Inca Cola and figured we would try out their food. I asked the lady at the window what her favorite dish was and she told me the beef Lomo Saltado. So that is what we tried and the fried plantains, and we were not disappointed. It was so good, we have been back 3 times now and plan to go back in a few weeks when we are back in that area. This food is so good!!

Fantastic Peruvian food truck in a neat area with a few other trucks. They do 1/4, 1/2, and whole smoked chicken on Friday and Saturday. Got a couple dishes that were great. The smoked chicken was also phenomenal.
