I absolutely love this place. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a million bucks — high-fives, fist bumps, and occasionally even hugs. El Azteca truly feels like a home away from home.
The staff is first-class from top to bottom, and honestly, they make it very difficult to want to go anywhere else. The service, the energy, the people — it all just works.
Keep up the fantastic work, El Azteca Peachtree Street. You’ve created something special.

She wanted me to also mention that if tail wags counted as reviews, this place would already have ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from her. She may not order off the menu, but she fully supports anywhere that puts people in a good mood. So yes, Diva Dixie says hi… and she also approves.
Side note (said with love) those potholes in the parking lot aren’t getting any smaller… and I think they’re starting to recognize my car

The food here is absolutely outstanding. Their grilled chicken—whether in fajitas, nachos, or on its own—is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That’s the main reason I keep coming back.
However, the service is seriously lacking. Long waits for food, drinks, and especially the check are the norm. Don’t expect much in terms of attentiveness or speed.
I come here for the taste, not the service.

We had the Tacos al Carbon, Carnitas and Guacamole with chips. Everything was delicious, fresh and savory. The service was great! Our food came out fast, everything as we ordered it. Our server Victoria accommodated all our requests. The lychee margaritas were so good. I highly recommend this place! We will be coming back. Thank you!
