El Asadero is an amazing Mexican restaurant with all the flare and liveliness you can imagine. The food is some of the best Mexican cuisine from a restaurant that I’ve had and it keeps me coming back for more. This place is very unique to say the least when it comes to the atmosphere, there’s a lot of paintings on the walls, music, and a dancing robot. If you think mid-2000’s club scene then you’re pretty close. If that’s not your thing I’d recommend not coming on the weekends around dinner time. Overall El Asadero is a blast and a fun time with great food in a very laid back environment. I’d recommend giving it a try.

This was the best food I’ve ever had Mexican or otherwise. The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious and fresh. Great service with a smile and some patience as this was 2 of our group of 3s first time. I got the happy colada and it was as delicious as the food. Don’t even get me started on the homemade chips and salsa. The portions are huge. Everything was Excellent!!!! I had the paella. Fresh and delectable!!

We have eaten here 15 times between January 2024 and January 2026, and have always been delighted. The menu is unique, with an amazing variety of meals, the food is delicious, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. We also enjoy their delightful drinks… the margaritas are fun… see the attached photo… and they’re delicious as well. There are several good Mexican restaurants in town, but El Asadero has become our go-to of choice.

Food was flavorless. Gave me some weird pizza thing instead of the Quesa Barria like I ordered. Told me it was “the same thing” and didn’t offer to fix their mistake. Get home and It is a mushy greasy pile. Carne asada tastes like zero seasoning was used. Multiple pieces of chicken in my steak tacos. Might help if the people taking the order could actually hear what you’re ordering. We don’t order out much and this was a total waste of money.

Amazing dinner at Eli Asadero, started info with an incredible margarita sample, it’s as pretty in real life as in the picture. Street Tacos and Chimichangas were delicious. Service and atmosphere were perfect, the dancing robot put an exclamation point on a great dinner.

The blue patron margarita was delicious, the mole was good but flavor a bit mild but over the enchiladas were good, the chimichangas were delicious and the potatoes in the mixture was authentic, the salsa for the chips was delicious and very smooth with a good flavor and the chips were good too, the queso was standard, the vibes were ok and the waitress nice. The elote was very good.

Wow! I was not prepared for this spot at all, what a hoot! The deliciously decorated spicy margarita got everything rolling. I ordered the Carne a la Tampiqueña and it was everything I hoped for – grilled skirt steak with sides of rice beans and green and red enchiladas. The atmosphere was wild and at 7pm the salsa dancing mechatron came out and impressed us all with his moves. Your either going to absolutely love this place, or you might not. We loved it. An absolute great spot for celebrating birthdays or having tasty Mexican food and drinks. They really hit the spot with the food, the atmosphere and the price. Great experience.
