Who’d think one would find good Mexican food in N. MS?! I was stoked to see great dishes beyond burritos/enchiladas/tacos…I hadn’t had a fundito in years and theirs was stellar…big skewer if shrimp set it off!!
Finally, super attentive and accommodating owner — I asked for a Pacifico and he went across the street to the gas station, bought a 6-pak and brought it back to fill my order…muchas gracias!!!

We like Mexican food and we eat at EL ALAZAN in Potts Camp at least once every two weeks. Tuesday night 2/17 we enjoyed the salsa, cheese dip and guacamole appetizers. I had the Shrimp with chorizo Casadilla and my wife had the grilled chicken on rice with cheese sauce. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it!

The food is always freshly prepared! I do not like cold or lukewarm food. I never have to worry about that here! I love the salsa and they make the best crispy chicken wings upon request!

I think everything will be fine with this restaurant soon. It is early. The chicken tasted like soap.. I had the street tacos. Another associate of mine had A P5 and they mentioned the chicken had a soap taste as well. It seemed like it was seasoned well but it was seasoned soap.
