We were passing through tonight when we decided to stop and have dinner. I would rate this Mexican restaurant as average. The food was average as was the service. We were not offered a refill on the chips and salsa. It didn’t take long for our orders to arrive, but that was the last time we saw any wait staff until we were finished with our meal. All in all just OK. There is a charge to use a credit card. I think the up-charge was 3.5%. Large parking lot with plenty of room for anyone pulling a small trailer or a camper to turn around in.

This is one of our favorite Mexican restaurants in the area. We’ve been eating there for years. They have plenty of parking. Service is quick. They have great chips & salsa (kick but not too much). Can easily handle groups. Good variety. Easy to find. They have good sweet tea. Proportion sizes are good. You won’t leave hungry & will sometimes have left overs.

One of the few non-fast food restaurants open in Helena-McRae on a Sunday. They opened a few minutes late and it took awhile for the food to come out, but the service was friendly and the food was good. I liked that in the burrito I had, they used chopped beef rather than ground beef/hamburger.
