I use to really like this place been going for probably over 10 years, I remember when they had “Happy Hour” 2 bucks off burgers in a time frame. Burgers and fries were awesome, the last 5 or so times I been here it’s got worse and worse. The quality of the food is horrible even the fries are not even good not sure how to make bad fries.. the burger has no flavor the toppings are mid the bun is not good either. As far as the service that’s gone down hill too. After I got my meal I asked for “Fry Sauce” she said “there’s ketchup in a bag already” I was like I understand that I asked for Fry Sauce please. The felt like she was reluctant to give me one. I tried to give this place a lot of changes to get better but I’m done. Don’t see anything changing for the best

Something has changed. Maybe management or vendors. Because the fries are TERRIBLE. They look like a fresh from frozen soggy unseasoned disaster. You can do better buying from the frozen section at Safeway and air-frying your own. That’s how bad it is.

The food has changed for the worse in the last few months. I used to LOVE the fries and the burgers. Even my 87 year old MIL used to say these were the BEST burgers and fries and now says “they’re ok”.
Fries: The fries used to be 5-star. I’d eat half and then enjoy the other half reheated. They were crispy, battered fries and perfectly seasoned. I would literally dream about those fries. Now they’re fresh-cut potatoes that they cut themselves. While I can appreciate the fresh ingredients, I really don’t like them. They’re soggy, taste like eating a low-quality baked potato, and inconsistently salted. One bite is plain and another over-salted. I think I ate about 5 fries and threw the rest away.
Burger: I always get the mushroom, sautéed onion, & Swiss burger. It’s a big burger and I would eat half and reheat, so I was okay with the price. The last few times the bun is soggy and the burger seems smaller and dry, like the quality of the patty has gone down.
It cost us $52 for 2 adult and 1 kids meal, dining in.
Management, if you’re reading this and watching business drop, this is why. Go back to the quality ingredients you used to buy. Otherwise, you’re going to be yet another business that closed. At the very least, offer 2 French fry options – hand cut or battered.

The service is amazing, food is out-of-this-world. If you like burgers with French fries, this is the best place to go to. My sister and I have been going here for years, and the food is always good. My favorite burger is Mushroom cheese burger.
The owners are also really sweet, and a pleasure to talk to. Absolutely recommend.

It’s been a while since I last had EJ Burger. Their burgers used to be pretty good, but my recent experience was disappointing. The patty was dry, bland, and chewy. The burger came smothered in their house sauce, which now seems to be Thousand Island—a flavor I don’t enjoy so I had to scraped it off. Overall, not what I expected based on past visits.

We were a little skeptical of this place at first. We ordered two burgers. All came with Fries. They are sooooooooo delicious!! OMG the burger taste so good and so as the Fries! Totally worth the money! Don’t hesitate to try it out!

First time trying. Ordered the fish and chips. The fries are decent but the fish literally looks and tastes like the stuff you get out of a bag in the freezer section of the grocery store. Won’t be going back.

We’ve gotten takeout here multiple times, but things are changing.

I ordered a beef katsu burger and the beef part was like rubber, I swear I couldn’t even tear a bite it was so bad. I’m very anxious about complaining but as it was inedible I tried to talk to the counter lady about it and she just said that’s how it’s supposed to be and the chicken katsu is better and I should have ordered that. They did give me just a replacement regular burger, which was good. All past experiences were good, but I guess just stay away from the katsu stuff.
