I placed a mobile order. The store claims they did not receive the order. I got charged and never refunded. I talked to customer service who said they would refund me. Never got a refund. Idk what the disconnect is between the app and store but the “there’s nothing we can do,” basically go screw yourself attitude is ridiculous. The store should honor the order, whether they got it on their end or not. It doesn’t cost them much, now you lose a customer over $20 of food that probably cost you guys $3. I paid burger king money and I never received what I paid for. Therefore I’m done coming to this location and I literally go here a few times a week, I know that’s terrible diet wise, but now I have an excuse to eat better I guess. Screwed me once shame on you and you won’t get another chance to screw me again. You need to honor the orders on the app or be removed from the app completely. It’s not right stealing people’s money.

I haven’t had burger king in a little while…All the other ones I have ever had have not been good at all. I went here and service was great. The lady in there was really nice!

The large fries I got were definitely a 9/10 for me. Perfectly salted and it tasted delicious

The whopper i got wasn’t too bad, for sure a 7.5/10 for me, could’ve been better.

The rodeo burger with extra onion rings i got hit different fr – 9/10 the onion rings and the barbeque sauce was just straight up fire

The cookies i got for free from the app were really good – 7/10 I wish it could’ve had a better cookie to chocolate ratio.

The best burger king in the greater Youngstown area. They make food fresh to order much more often than other locations. Fries are usually hot and freshly salted. Quality customer service and my order has never been incorrect

Put in our order with only a guy and his kid in the line ahead of us, they got their food immediately and we sat for about ten minutes… Boyfriend went up to try and ask about the wait, but they completely ignored him. Realized they missed our order ticket, and put the food together without even acknowledging him or apologizing… Manager just kept her back to us the entire time. Won’t be back unfortunately

There are only negatives but that’s not an option; can’t do a pick up fast as 8 cars in line after we tried the door/drive through. Line is super long since they have the doors locked before 7pm. So my APP order is cold AND wrong! This Cortland location is by far the worst BK
