Rough experience today. Ordered our breakfast at 9 am and after being asked to park in the designated parking spot to wait for our food, it took another 45 minutes before I finally went in to wait for it. That’s too bad because it’s normally GREAT food but by the time we got it the Brisket was cold. Hated to throw money like that away but had to. Not sure if it sat on counter or what but was kind of bummed today.

The service for my phone order (kinda big) was phenomenal. She went above and beyond talking with me in detail about what would be best for my event and even offered to run them to me if I got tied up (during non-delivery times) and ran out of time for pickup!!!! She made it as easy and smooth for me as possible. Thank you!

Every single time (today was our 7th attempt) I have visited this location they are always out of the gourmet bagels and always try to put it on a plain bagel and discourage us from ordering the type of bagel the sandwich should come on. The staff always acts like it’s a chore and is putting them out and say it’ll be at least 15 to 20 minutes regardless of what you’re ordering. They also start closing before closing time. We went in once an hour before closing and they were already cleaning out the espresso machine and we were told we could not get coffee due to this. Then today we went in at 1:00 (they close at 1:30p)and we were told they would not warm up any bagels for us and they could not give us any coffee because they’re already cleaning the machine. If they close at 1:30 they should be serving customers up until that point; save cleaning up until closing time.
We have also went in the morning and received very similar service with discouraging us from ordering The gourmet bagels as they have to warm them up. It’s very frustrating because I would like this business to do well and we are so happy to have Einstein Bros in North Platte. The food is wonderful when you can get it. But the service is horrible! Lazy unmotivated and just flat out don’t want to serve you.

I went there for the first time today right after I got off of work deciding I was in a mood for a bagel. When I walked in I did not expect to see so many options! Everything looked delicious and was freshly prepared. The woman was very pleasant and kind. She was also very patient. She described everything I asked about off the menu and the contents of the spreads.
The food was beyond delicious. I ordered a 5 Cheese bagel with a Garden Spread, the Pepperoni Chicken sandwich, chocolate chip muffin, and a strawberry strudel.
The bathrooms were spotless, the lounge area inside the building was beautiful and looked cozy.
I will definitely be coming back here again and again. I really do appreciate the business offering regular sandwiches besides of strictly breakfast due to working graveyards. Thank you.

Amazing service! Ordered online and they were out of the sandwich items I ordered, a very nice employee called me to inform me almost immediately after the order was placed. The veggie bagel i got instead was AMAZING and the kind staff left a thank you note 2 free cookies with our pickup order. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, no matter the circumstances! 100% will be back

I called ahead to see if they were going to be open and it turned out we had just hit their closing time. BUT awesome Amanda took care of us and made us two amazing sandwiches and was so kind about it! Great service and great food! We will be back!!

Went there on opening day and expected good things as I had been to other Einstein Bros locations, and this one did not disappoint. Ordered 2 asiago bagels one with strawberry schmear the other with regular schmear and hot chocolate. The bagels and hot chocolate were both very good and the staff were very friendly. This will probably become a regular place to come for breakfast for me.
