First time coming and will definitely be back. The breakfast sandwich was amazing. Got the farmhouse bagel. Very flavorful, would definitely order again. Their coffee was good as well for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did a pick up order online and didn’t have to wait long to get at the location. My coworker ordered the garden avocado.

used to go to the einsteins on wilshire when i lived in LA. excited to see one opened up in west covina. the chorizo sunrise did not disappoint after years. also tried the new country bagels & gravy sandwich, it was good.
i went on a friday around 9am and it was empty. ordered and was out with my hot and fresh bagel sandwiches in less than 10 min. stop by if you want a good breakfast bagel you won’t be disappointed.

Trust me, it’s worth the wait.
Parking: They’re located in a big plaza, so find a spot is easy.
Ambiance/Environment: This location has a small indoor space with a max of 42 people. No indoor seating but there’s some outdoor seating. I visited on a Sunday, and they were busyyy!
Service: The workers were quick & efficient as the possibly can. You can tell it became overwhelming as they were trying to fulfill online orders and in-store orders. Throughput did take a while; approximately 30-45 min. The pickup station is on the left of the counter. If you order hot coffee, they give you an empty cup to fill up at the coffee station. They offer different flavored coffee.
Bagels & drinks:
1) Nova Lox – cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes, and cream cheese on a plain bagel. They don’t mess with their cream cheese lol. There was also a generous amount of smoked salmon. I recommend this for a light breakfast.
2) Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich – eggs with beef brisket, cheddar cheese, chipotle aioli on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. I really like the jalapeno bagel! It gave it a kick. All the ingredients paired well together.
3) Country Bagel & Gravy Egg Sandwich (new) – eggs with pork sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, and country pepper cream cheese on a country sausage bagel. Again, lots of cream cheese! I enjoyed this also! This felt heavier with all the bacon and pork sausages.
5) Caramel Cold Brew, Vanilla Cold Brew, Blended Caramel Cold Brew – I grabbed each of their popular coffees. I always ask for easy ice since cold brew is already watered down. These drinks are perfect for those who like their coffee sweet.
Pricing: I’d say it’s worth the wait. I enjoyed all the bagels I ordered. The drinks were sweet, but it got me through the day lol.

So happy and grateful to have an Einstein Bros. Bagels in West Covina. Came on a Friday morning around 7:30 and it was empty. The store has no seating so it’s all to go, which is fine. However, it was spacious and clean. Our host, Aiyana was super patient and kind. We had so many questions about the menu and she was very helpful. Great customer service! Our bagels were delicious, however they could add a bit more cream cheese!

I am very happy to have an Einstein Bros. Bagels opening near me. Attended their soft opening, and I got the Pepperoni Pizza Bagel and Strawberry Banana Smoothie. They were not bad. Bagel was hard after being baked but was still good. The smoothie was sweet and strong in flavor. I highly recommend this spot as the customer service is very helpful and kind.

I ordered their Tasty Turkey combo, and they packed it. Lovely crisp lettuce leaf, juicy tomatoes, crunchy cucumber, and zesty shmear. Their bagel selection is varied but not overly complex, making it easy to pick and choose. The banana smoothy was sweet and delicious, with a nice smooth texture, not too watery or chunky. Not bad for 15 USD.
The restrooms were clean and well-organized.

They can’t handle a rush. The seating inside is basically a hallway with close and tight seating. No matter how far in advance you order you’ll be waiting. It smells like burnt bagels. I did an order for pick up, I still waited half an hour for my order. Then they didn’t have the type of bagel I wanted so I changed it. Mobile pick ups are supposed to be faster not take longer.

Extremely disappointed with the bagels that I received! My cinnamon raisin bagel is literally burnt and has no cream cheese and the jalapeño one also doesn’t have any cream cheese at all. Tried to call as soon as I opened the bag but there’s no phone number.
