Let me start off by saying this isn’t my first visit to this location haha. I have been meaning to write a review I just forget alot. Anyways the bagels are fresh and really good! Occasionally I will bring home a half dozen bagels with the cream cheese (few different flavors of cream cheese to choose from) I mainly get breakfast sandwiches as it’s easier and more convenient. The ham egg and cheese is pretty good and my most favorite one if your a seafood guy like me (well smoked salmon) is the Nova Lox bagel!! Best place overall for fresh bagels. I will say I feel personally they ate a tad bit pricey but other than that it’s well worth it! Highly recommend!!!!

Stood in line over 12 minutes just to place my order, took additional 18 minutes to get my order and all I ordered was one bacon and cheddar sandwich. The garbage is overflowing on the outside of the overall appearance of this location is terrible I tried to address the manager Marina and all I got was pushback as a change in the garbage out front was too much she stated (it’s not their responsibility) the doors are terrible the glass inside the location is dirty same with the inside of the cooler it’s filthy they take no pride in cleanliness customer service was the worst. This place really needs a step up on how they present their business and how they treat their customers and take responsibility with the issues that they lack.

Absolutely fabulous! Always get the brisket bagel sandwich and there is something about the bagel, brisket and their chipotle that just hits the spot. I have never been a slow eater but I slow down to eat this sandwich and savor every bite!

Rude. We stood in front of the sign that said “place Order Here” for almost 10 minutes whilst multiple people went to the other side where the cash register was. We thought they were pick ups. Finally the girl behind the counter said ” order on this side, we are short staffed”. No Apology and she said it like ” how stupid are you?”. Even the Bagels were not prepared carefully. Overall terrible choice for us to eat there.

I had an everything bagel with turkey lunch meat and the meat stunk and was old. I figured out it was bad after a bite and had to throw it away. That’s unacceptable, if you charge that kind of money for a bagel sandwich, the meat needs to be good and not rotten.

Went in at 11 am knowing there wouldn’t be a huge selection, but to my surprise, they had what I wanted. I tried to order the bagels but was told no and that I could only have half. I wasn’t interested in the other bagels, so I left.
