The woman and two girls that work there regularly are so unprofessional. They desperately need to be trained and if they were my employees I would undoubtedly fire them. I’ve watched them on three different occasions, weeks apart, and they’re consistently awful and rude to everyone. They’re nearly ALWAYS out of ingredients in 3 ways or another. Who is in charge of this place?! Sheesh.

Edit 9/20: they had posted a sign last week saying they would be open today. They are STILL CLOSED. Don’t waste your time like I did.
The bagels are good! And I would spend so much more time and money here but they are NEVER OPEN
It sucks to hike across campus when they’re supposed to be open, but there’s no sign, no warning. They don’t have their hours posted either. Incredibly frustrating, especially when I have dollars on my meal plan that I’m supposed to be able to use here.

This is getting so frustrating the students on campus need a place they can go to and get something to eat. This is the only place there is and it’s closed all of the time it’s been closed for a couple month it seems like with no explanation. Please get it back open the students need it!

If you’re not a college student this is a terrible location. Terrible service. I get you have to pump out orders but no one greeted me or said they would be with me in a moment. Didn’t even get to order as I am pregnant and nauseous & needed some quick food & didn’t feel like waiting 30 mins just to order. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10 years it’s always extremely disappointing when this happens.

Often closed during posted open hours but today I thought we’d finally get some bagels. Showed up at 9:30 and it’s open. There is someone buying a bagel at the register but I see that their card reader is broken. I walk to the atm and come back. It’s 9:38 and the lights are out with no one inside. They closed during the 8 minutes it took to go to the atm. How is it even possible to close that fast.

This place is very yummy and would get way more stars from me if their hours posted online were actually correct. I’ve only been to this place once since arriving on campus because they are constantly closed with no notice. They now have a sign posted saying they’ll be closed the 19-20th but they’ve been closed for weeks, it’s not even the 19th yet. Please fix the online hours, it’s extremely disappointing to walk up all those hills just to be met with it closed.

I went in today to buy 10 bagels for my students. The young lady informed me I could not have 10 bagels, as she would run out (there were plenty of other bagels). She “allowed” me to purchase 5. I have never seen bagels gate kept before.

Great prices and friendly service. But if you are traveling through, just be aware that it is on the campus of Western New Mexico University. We were able to find parking in front of the School of Nursing. Although, unsure if we needed a parking pass or not, so be quick with your stop!
