I love this bagel shop and I visit there regularly. However, I received a gift of some gift cards and I cannot figure out how to get them into my rewards account. I have written twice to Einstein’s on their contact page, but it is like throwing a rock off a cliff – nothing ever comes back. I want to use these cards but I want to order in the app and I cannot do both. So DON’T GIVE ANYONE EINSTEIN GIFT CARDS. GIVE THEM CASH INSTEAD.

Worst Einstein in ABQ. The quality of the food that comes from this location is absurd in comparison to basically all other locations in town. Ordered a Nova Lox and it seemed that it had maybe been sitting out a while? The lox was dry and weird tasting. Then ordered again a couple weeks later and just got a bagel with crem cheese and it was pathetic. The bagel was tiny which is not common for Einstein but there was close to no cream cheese on it, also not common. Employees are not the kindest and seem bothered when customers come in. I will literally make a further trip from here on out to another location even though this is a 30 second drive from my house because this place is so bad.

I love this location. The coffee is always ready. Unfortunately not all the time do I make it in time to get a chocolate chip bagel. Definitely recommend.

This is the worst Einstein’s I have ever been too. This is the fourth time we have been here and it has increasingly gotten worse. I ordered the lox bagel, which is normally an open faced sandwich, it was not. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but the overall quality was aweful. It came partially cut through, loaded with cream cheese, and the box had cream cheese all over the outside of it. It was a hughe mess. I had to go home and deconstruct the sandwich to scrap off most of the cream cheese. My husdand had similar complaints on his sandwich. Seriously, if you love Einstein’s, stay away from the Menaul and Juan Tabo location.

I got the Bros Box – Brunch for Two and I was supposed to get one farmhouse and one bacon and cheddar egg sandwich, but they decided to just give me 2 bacon and cheddar egg sandwiches. On top of that they were out of twice-baked hash browns which isn’t displayed on the app where I ordered from. Then it also comes with 2 blueberry muffins, but I got chocolate chip instead. The muffins aren’t really a big deal, but what is a big deal is the fact my entire order was screwed up from the sandwiches, sides, and dessert. I’d like to get what I paid for, especially since einsteins is a little more pricey.

Bagels were good. No dining inside allowed. When asked why that was we were advised that there aren’t enough staff although they had 5 people working and were not busy. Probably will not return and will instead go to other Einsteins that you can dine in at.
