Twice in 3 weeks we ordered 3 TURKEY(we don’t eat bacon) sausage, egg and cheese bagels just to receive 3 bacon, egg and cheese bagels. Pissed is an understatement. How hard is it to READ? Not once but twice. NEVER again. Although, they did offer us a free sandwich it’s the principle. Maybe less talking and things as simple as this won’t get overlooked. A free sandwich doesn’t resolve this, when who knows, you’d probably mess that one up too.

I came in this morning to pick up my order; mentioned offhand it’s my husband’s birthday; the three ladies working were genuinely smiling and kindly wished me a happy birthday for him! They were so sweet! Also made the best sandwiches I’ve probably had from Einstein, and that’s saying something!
