Store is always dirty. Walls are in need of paint. Coffee machine hasnt worked in what seems months. When are you going to open your store to sit and eat? What a mess.

Good bagels. Was a bit chaotic in the restaurant. Wrong names. Forgotten orders. The customers were a bit much too. I agree with other reviewers. It feels like this is poorly managed and quite slow.

Badly managed, uninviting store. Slow service, no seating, poor customer service, and long wait times. It’s taking 20+ minutes to get two sandwiches. Seems like these are ongoing issues… we will not be returning.

Service is so bad, they forgot my order and the place was almost empty early in the morning and after that they lied to my face about the squeezed fresh juice I asked and they gave me the Tropicana one. I specifically told them 2 times I only want squeezed fresh orange juice if they have it, they said yes and yet they served me the bottle one and charged me for that. I was running late and didn’t want to make a big deal out of it. I would not recommend this place.

It’s a bagel chain, not much more to say.

LOVED IT. Clean place, nice staff. No inside dining at the moment but there were tables outside. The hash browns were good, i like em crispier but good nonetheless. Extra points for having fresh doggie bagels for our pooches.

I just got back from Jackson Hole and watched a staff of 3 move through higher end coffee requests and more complicated bagel orders in 1/4 of the time this location’s staff of 6 moved through a similar lone of people. I ended up waiting 25 minutes for two egg sandwiches (no drinks). Food was good, experience was not. I saw a lot of inefficiencies in process and order of operations. There are also NO tables or chairs inside, and they still have their refrigerated display locked down like covid days. I have a list of feedback I can provide franchise mgmt upon request.

If you are looking to have Einsteins cater an event, forget it. They don’t answer their phones, their website for ordering catering is non-functioning and when you contact someone via e-mail with your order, they just say “try a different device” (which I did and it didn’t work either). I spent 2 days trying to order from them, even tried another location in SLC with the same results. Who knows, maybe they went out of business because of horrible customer service and their voicemail is paid up until the end of the month?

This is my favorite Einstein Bros Bagels location, not because of the great food, but the amazing customer service by TIM! I remember one time they messed up my order (it was a big order, and they were busy), where they forgot to give me my Blueberry Muffin, and the Smearfuls (filled bagel balls, think Munchkins from Dunkin Donuts) were rock hard (probably they didn’t keep it in the oven long enough to bake). I called the store, and complained to Tim. He told me to come back next time and he’ll make it right. Next day, with my order he gave me 2 blueberry muffin and an order of Smearful well done.
