We came here twice in 2 days while staying in downtown SLC. This was in walking distance and how we decided to start off our morning.
The variety of bagels ordered was very extensive- at least 15+ types of bagels. We tried something a little different each day and were pretty happy with each.
The cranberry was delicious!!! Perfect with plain cream cheese. I also got the cinnamon apple bagel sandwich with plan cream cheese- it was sweeter but very tasty and filling.
My husband was happy with both his blueberry and everything bagel AA which.
The side of bacon was seriously disappointing. It wasn’t warm and just kinda thrown in the bag. Super unappetizing.

This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience. I stood by the bagel counter for about five minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I then walked over to a man with green hair and a green beanie, who I assumed was the manager since he was openly discussing a high school employee who hadn’t shown up for her shift—and speaking negatively about her. When I approached him, he didn’t acknowledge me at all. I had to tell him myself that I was there to pick up my order. He responded that it would be “a little bit,” which I was fine with.
After waiting an additional 15 minutes, a kind employee with purple hair and a beanie—the only person who appeared to actually be doing her job—asked if I had been helped. I explained that I was waiting for my order and had been told it wasn’t ready yet. She looked around and immediately handed me my order, which had clearly been sitting there for at least five minutes after I arrived. No one had informed me that it was ready.
Meanwhile, the manager was more focused on gossiping with another employee than assisting customers or running the store professionally. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing first visit.

The place is run down big time. The windows at the front entrance were so dirty and cloudy, you can barely see inside. It got worse as you opened the door. At 10am this place should not be this dirty. The employees seem to not take pride in their job either and it showed. I asked about ingredients on one of their menu items and the girl said “I don’t know” Since she failed to find out, I asked her if anyone else would know if one of the items had milk because I cannot have it. She said, “it’s concentrated” She finally looked at the back of the box and discovered it contained milk. My order was wrong although I ordered 3 of the same thing with no alterations. Clean up your act or shut this place down.

Overall really good! My order was done quick, thank you to the girl that took my order. I think her name was Maya. My bagel was fantastic with everything I asked for. I got the passion fruit sunrise drink and it was great! Thanks guys.

**Update** Ordered from this location again, giving it another shot. I wanted to do breakfast with my team for National Bagel Day. ~Cue Hangry Sadness~
Not only did my sandwich have cheese on it again, but multiple items were missing from the sealed bag. With a dairy allergy, I’m not going to try to pick the cheese off and risk having a reaction, potentially putting me in the hospital. I can give some leeway knowing they were probably busy, but I won’t order from here in the future. It’s not worth the wait to be inevitably disappointed again, and to go hungry again.
Ordered delivery. The app offered a “No cheese” option, it wasn’t a special request. The order shows no cheese, but you guessed it, my sandwich came with cheese. I can’t reorder for delivery as then I have to pay for additional fees and tips. And there’s no guarantee my sandwich would arrive correctly this time.
I don’t understand why they put options on the app if they just ignore it. This location routinely fails in this regard.

Really love the new crew and new manager. This place has gotten so much better. Dylan is very friendly and is great at talking to customers. The new manager takes care of the customers and goes above and behind to ensure the food quality is amazing

Employee who took orders was shut down and irritated at customers at the register. 0 eye contact, couldn’t hear or understand him, and when I had the audacity to ask him to repeat himself he looked like he was about to walk out right then and there. Place was disturbingly dirty. I did successfully get my bagel and got out of there not only alive but also unscathed so I’ll give credit there

I got the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwhich, it was good, not amazing, falls apart and really messy, I wish I would’ve tried the Nova Lox which looks amazing or the Avocado. The only thing I would recommend is taking down that massive gay flag and put up something more patriotic if that’s the case. Other than that, this place is alright.

First off where the hell are the tables? Place looked like an empty show room. I wanted to sit down and eat, but whatever. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful. It did take a long time to get my food, the prep process seemed confusing, and redundant. I loved the music the where playing, that made me happy. The Chai you guys serve tastes foul. Like turned eggnog. So I got a 3 dollar soda instead which is insane. Shame on you for charging 3 dollars for a 50 cent soda. At least the sandwich was tasty, over priced like everything else but tasty. And made to order. Overall I wasn’t pleased with my visit. Your staff was nice, and I loved the music they were playing. The sandwich was edible.
