This spot has the standard Einstein’s menu for food and drink options. My favorite remains the Texas Brisket Bagel. This one had a lot of jalapeño which is easy to pick off if you don’t like them. The bagel itself was slightly over-toasted and therefore crunchy, but it was still good. The vanilla latte was hot and smooth.
Service was fast and polite. The space is clean with the usual art. There’s lots of seating. They do have Wi-Fi available for customers.
The parking lot is large and more than adequate since the adjacent business is closed.

This is a strange review, because all we’ve done at this Einstein‘s bagels is taste test new bagels. Since we love their bagels, this was easy! As with all the other Einstein bagel shops, what can you say – these stores are fantastic and yes, we drank the Kool-Aid!!.

I live close by, and have ordered at this location at least 7 to 8 times. Sorry to say that there are always problems and issues even with a simple order. The customer service is also really terrible. The last time I was there I told the cashier I’d like to build a breakfast sandwich on a bagel. He just stared at me and said nothing, so I began to describe the order as being on a honey whole wheat thin bagel. He then looked at me and said what kind of bagel do you want, to which I replied a honey whole wheat thin. He then asked me again what I wanted. I then repeated again that I’d like to build a breakfast bagel on honey whole wheat thin. He then paused, looked at me at me annoyed, and asked again what I wanted. I then calmly repeated then that I just wanted to build a breakfast bagel, and if he could slow down a little bit and listen I could give him the order. The manager then stepped in, told him to step away, rang me up correctly, then looked at me in the face and scolded me saying that the worker was just trying to save me money by asking me questions. This was definitely not true, the worker had a headset on and was listening to drive-through orders while they were waiting on me and that’s why they confused what I was saying. In that situation, she should take my order, and then later explain to the worker that you need to focus at the register and what people are saying instead of asking the same questions over and over. This is the typical type of interaction at this location for the past few years, so I recommend folks take their order to a different location.

2 out of 3 orders were missing the plain smear for 6 bagels.
This is a recurring issue, not a delivery problem.
Orders need to be checked before handing them to drivers.

We ordered catering from Einstein Bros for a work meeting with our business partners and it was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, delivered right on time, and everything went smoothly. Very happy with the experience and will definitely use them again!

I got a dry, sad looking sandwich for breakfast this morning.. Truly, it’s so dry, it’s hard to eat.I wish it was the sandwich in the picture.They had it out to me before.I was done paying through the drive thru ( I was the only one in the drive through)

Ordered the chorizo sunrise egg sandwhich from this location for breakfast. Food was ready as expected. Staff was friendly. The sandwich itself was very tasty. I would order it again. It seems this location is drive thru only.

Ordered a chorizo sunrise bagel with 1 egg. I got a burnt bagels with nothing but a piece of sausage on it. Ruined my morning.
And I didn’t get a receipt so I have no way of rectifying this.
Edit to add: I contacted the business for a refund request and have not received a response. Disappointing.
