Online hours state open until 10. We get there at 8:40 sit in the drive thru line for 25 minutes never get greeted. Pull to the window to hear they are closing early. No sign posted where cars pulling up can see. They say they couldn’t hear us because they took their headsets off again because they are closing early. Why would you close early on one of the hottest nights of the season so far??? And we get told the owner is working smh… Bad business practices.

Lights were on 10 till close took our order then proceed to tell us everything was shut down. What is the point of being open until 10 if you close everything down before then? Do better
What is the point of a response like that? I’m giving you feedback that left a bad taste and your response is “sorry try us again another time”. No thank you

Always have very nice service at this location. So happy they have the dairy free dilly bar now. For a lighter treat try the misty slushes.

Gave a three due to blizzard I had was decent BUT the service from a couple of workers the time I went was not good. Walk up to order and had coupon for fries,she took forever to acknowledge me standing ,waiting to order. Then when I spoke and didn’t finish she stated they didnt have it and a short,toned rude way and closed the door and didn’t even get to order anything because of it. Another time ,drive through experience was horrible. Only one guy that works there has great customer service,that I have experienced, great slim man with black hair, I’ll have to get his name

This is a treat location only. But with that in mind they are great. They are located on the edge of a park and it makes for perfect treat time after a day of play. Make sure to grab a box of Dilly bars so you can enjoy with the rest of the family who may be at work .

I went there on Easter Sunday. I went there and the 2 young ladies were busy cleaning, but waited on me immediately. The place was spotless, so clean. The ladies were so pleasant to talk with. The Best service I ever received. I didn’t get their names, but They know who they are and I want to say Thank You !

I love them, but unless only a couple of the people left over from last year are working, they are slower than slow! Chris is great! And so is the manager. Also one young, tall kid at night that knows my order as soon as he sees me pull up. The rest, I am sorry but they need a lot more training!!

Not having being at Dairy Queen in such a long time I wasn’t really sure what all they had on the menu. Luckily the employees there have great customer service because they were patient and kind with all the questions I had. Service was great, ice cream was good. Overall, nice experience.

I’ve been here multiple times, usually it’s good decent service. A little slow, but not bad. Tonight it was terrible. They were slightly busy, but I have seen it much much worse. We’re talking…4 or 5 people at the tables out front and 3 or 4 people in line. Maybe four cars plus ours in the drive thru. We waited for 25 mins. Most of which was at the window. So we got a great view of the 5 or 6 employees laughing and screwing around…and checking their cell phones. We we’re really disappointed.
