Unfortunately, this location has chosen not to reopen it’s lobby for dining in. I wanted 30 minutes of computer time while eating my bagel and drinking my coffee, no go. And, the restrooms were not very clean… Understandable, if you’re not allowing dine-in, but still not ok. Food was good. Service was good. Neither was great. Very bummed. I remember when it was the premier bagel shop! Hopefully they can make a comeback.

Nice, clean, little franchise, indoor & outdoor seating. Self-service basic coffee refill. Water available. Yes, you can buy it cheaper in the grocery store, but there’s just something about really fresh bagels made just that morning.

Not only did they not give me enough cream cheese to actually moisten the bagel, but my toasted bagel was barely even warmed. And it actually tastes like it was warmed in a microwave halfway. chewy and not in a good way at all.

Typical Einstein. Highly processed foods. I wish the quality of food was as good as the bagels. I’m always a little sad after eating here due to the low quality, but when you’re starving and don’t have time for good food, this is a quick spot to go that won’t leave me feeling sick like lower/typical quality fast food does.

I don’t even know who’s fault it is at this point? Clearly they are understaffed and need more help but also it just looks like organized chaos while they try and make orders. We’ve been waiting for about 10 minutes now and watched people who ordered after take theirs. And the icing on the cake is the avocado on my bacon cheddar sandwich that doesn’t have avocado… Corporate, come back and train your employees please. Cross contamination is legit dangerous to some people, they got lucky this time.

Slow. Ordered online and it was a 45 minute pick up wait. They forgot a whole burrito that is listed on the reciept. My hashbrown was cold, stuck to the paper and soggy all at the same time. My bagel that I got was also not great. But at least it was overpriced at about $30.

Used to love this place but it’s really gone downhill since COVID. They eliminated dining in and now with the added delivery services getting priority, it’s a longer wait than it should be. The orders are frequently messed up. They should just cut down on the delivery service priority and bring back dining in.

Customer service really kills the rating of this place. You are rarely greeted, acknowledged when walking into the store. Last time I decided to time it, I was ignored for 7 minutes and 32 seconds. Second away from losing my business. They are never friendly or professional. Tried to avoid this unfriendly atmosphere by ordering online. All 3 times my order was very wrong! How hard is it to toast a plain bagley and put plain cream cheese on it???? See the photos.. this is what I received instead… ugh. Not worth going back for the correct order. Pretty sure, they lost me as a customer. Too bad, I’ll miss the plain bagles.
