This location is extremely dirty. They don’t have any seating to actually sit down and eat so when you are sitting down and waiting for your food all you do is sit and look at the disgusting floor that hasn’t been cleaned in weeks probably. There is food underneath the counter and old cups. I’m grossed out. Corporate needs to check this place out.

I paid 11 dollars for a sandwich and a cookie, I swear they just slopped all the ingredients into a wrapper and handed it to me. It was disgusting. I was going to try and put it back together and eat it but it was such a mess it was getting everywhere. The lettuce was old and wilted. I ended up taking it back inside and setting it on the counter for them and said “this is disgusting. I cannot even eat this” and walked out. I never ever ever do that but it was just ridiculous how much of a mess it was. Stay away from this Einsteins. Literally they slipped ingredients into a wrapper and called it a sandwich.

Location has gone way downhill last 2 years. Still do not offer indoor seating. Have less bagel options. Today all the coffee was cold around lunch time… wasted money getting a coffee. Interior is not inviting and even without seating their ordering lines are confusing. Outdoor seating is always in shambles. You can do way better. I’m disappointed.

I go to Einsteins all the time. Love it. What I don’t love is doing an online order and not receiving all the food I ordered. Please start checking the receipts better. This shop has formed a habit of not reveing side orders with sandwiches and the additional side orders.

This location is absolutely filthy! The rugs and floors covered in filth and my shoes kept sticking to the floor. There were flies swarming around in there too. Totally lost my appetite!! Someone else reported the same thing 2 months ago so they must never sweep or mop the floors at this location.

NO Integrity! DO NOT ORDER HERE if you truly are allergic! We specifically ordered Almond Milk Latte’s and it even said it on the screen when the employee made it. The employee still made it with cow’s milk! It made us sick! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Bagel sandwich has no quality in it, might as well go to McDonalds for your sandwhich, The orange juice is more water than juice, they have watered the Orange Juice. NO QUALITY at this location! Probably the best customer service I’ve had at a Einstein before. Eat this place whenever we go to the pediatrician for our children. Kids love it and it’s a simple, fast way to grab and good snack that’s not fast food or subway. I always get something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The friendly staff make it more enjoyable.
