When I called, the gentleman was extremely courteous, calm and patient on the phone with me. I was initially going to order a large pizza but, with his help I decided to order a medium hand tossed pizza with onions, pineapple, chicken, green pepper and extra cheese. After I was told the amount and paid, he told me that it’ll be delivered in 30-40 minutes. Not only was it delivered a little early but, the driver was extremely courteous, calm and patient and said to have a great day. I opened the box. The pizza was made to picture perfect, hot and it tasted extremely great. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Tonight Halloween was the first time using Domino’s. The pizza was amazing great flavor and was everything we had asked for. The night was rainy and several kids out on the street and we are in a confusing area if not used to it the driver was off by one block. However he picked up the phone and called and asked all the right questions to get him on the right track. He must have told the manager because I had an apology email. I was very impressed the driver used the phone and had great customer service. It is not always an easy job but this driver knew exactly what to do and made it right. And we will be ordering again. Great job to the entire staff.

Went inside and ordered the manager special for $9.99. I sat waiting for my pizza and watched a male employee with hair down to his butt grab his hair with no gloves on and put his hair in a pony rub his hands thru hair long hair a couple times then proceed to grab a crust and start throwing the fixings on the pizza. No gloves. Totally unsantiary… told the guy cutting the pizzas and he just said really? And continued doing his job. That is how northbranch handles business. Gross! Just gross!

I placed an order online and tracked it with the tracker app. It took 30 minutes for him to get across the street with it. North Branch, MN to Budget Host Inn North Branch MN. He gave me icing but no Cinnamon twists. They don’t honor their Domino’s insurance policy. They just sent me a 20 percent off coupon to use online. Don’t even have Domino’s where I live. Why would I want to spend more money at their place when I wasn’t satisfied the first time? I won’t be going online to order from them anymore when I am in North Branch MN. I wrote this review 2 years ago and today 9/15/2022 I get a response from Domino’s??? How lame is that? Like that’s going to encourage me to go back. They send me a coupon code to use. There isn’t even a Dominos Pizza in the town I live, I don’t even know where the nearest one is to be honest. Not going to go out of my way to find one when there are so many other options available. I was just in North Branch visiting, not like I live there.

Usually, we have had some issues.. but today they really got everything right! it was so fast and so fresh and not to much grease or sauce it was just right so convenient to feed my family some nice hot pizza and pasta on such a cold evening! Everyone at this location have always treated me very nicely. I pick up at different times throughout the week and the service is always constantly friendly. The food is always good and fresh. I usually use the pickup window when I grab my order.
