I placed a pickup order at 11:45 for a pizza bagel and the tasty turkey. I get there at 11:56. 12:06pm I noticed people who have placed their order when I came in we’re getting their order. So i asked about my order and they said it’s up next. Three more in-shop customers get their order and I finally get mine at 12:16 p.m. Thats not customer service. My advice, dont order ahead youll wait longer.

The bagels were really good.
But…
It took 20 minutes to get our sandwiches.
There were at least 6 employees….
The Texas brisket did not taste anything like Texas Brisket. It just tasted like unflavored beef.
The bathrooms were disgusting.
Update: visit in September 2024.
Placed online order. App said 15-20, when I arrived 20 minutes later to pick up, I was told I was 4th in line for online orders and it would be an additional 30-40 minutes.
I had to talk to a manager to cancel my order.
I ordered online because we were on a specific time frame and had limited time to grab food.
There has to be a better system in places.
If the order will take 60 minutes then it should notify you when you order.

I gave them another chance and got punished for it.
I went in for my usual two bagels and a drink, and if you look back on my review, this has happened before where one of my bagels was incorrect. I always check after that time just to make sure I don’t get all the way home and need to drive back.
So I took it to the manager and let them know the mistake that was made to which she was professional and courteous (why its two stars and not one) so I watched them make the next bagel sandwich and when I received it, it was incorrect again. I gave it back to her once again and when the individual that originally made the sandwich received it, he started to run his mouth (“if I see that this sandwich was messed with and they are sending it back…”) the manager stopped him, had him make my sandwich correctly, and I was able to leave after 45 minutes in their store.
Hey, always give second chances but after that, don’t go back.

Not as big a variety of bagels as other locations but this is a smaller Einstein’s. The staff was not overly friendly but efficient. Our receipt had a link to get two free bagels with a review on our next order which was nice. The food was good, and the latte was delicious. The lox bagel was absolutely wonderful. The strawberry banana smoothie was also very nice.

We ordered 2 lunch sandwiches and juice. When we received, one was correct, the other was a breakfast sandwich. I took to counter and they said they would fix. When they brought it out, it didn’t have of the toppings or chips. Very disappointing experience.

There is new management in the store since post-Covid and it has brought LIFE and great customer service back into the store. The staff is notably happier and working together as a team to provide a great experience.
I am also so happy that they have brought chairs and tables to make this a place where you can comfortably sit and enjoy coffee and conversations. This makes the atmosphere back to what it used to be!

Went to grab breakfast before work, ordered 2 sandwiches and a drink for $22.67. I gave the cashier Felicia $100, she gave me my change and said next time they can’t accept large bills which was fine if it was an issue I could’ve easily gave her my card. I sat down to wait for my order and counted the change. My receipt said $77.33 in change and I received $62.30 I immediately went back to the register to let her know my change was short, she started grabbing money from the tip jar and the manager Payton came over and said she’d have to count her drawer. The cashier got defensive with me and said she didn’t even give me that cash, not sure what she was referring to, I told the manager she could look at the cameras and see I sat down counted the change and went back up there. After counting her drawer she told me she was actually $3 short. They opened at 6 and it was around 9, so Felicia is really bad at math or is stealing. She had the nerve to smirk and laugh once the manager walked away. Such a disrespectful little girl who will not go far with an attitude like that. The manager Payton was supposed to escalate up the issue but I got no follow up. She gave me some free sandwich and beverage cards which were expired, so I wasted my time and lost $15, shitty experience with everyone in that store and I hope the cashier is looked into.

I liked the food well enough, and the coffee was good and hot too. The only problem I really had was finding how to get into the lot! Inside it was your average Einsteins, albeit a little on the dirty side. Still, the service was nice and the bagels were fresh, so now that I know how to get inside it should be smooth sailing.

I ordered online. When I arrived to the store they were originally out of turkey. Super sweet about but they just got a delivery in moments before I got there. I thought id wait longer than I did which honestly I was fine if I waited. The staff was so nice about the whole experience!
