I’ve tried adding the opening hours like a million times but google won’t accept it for some reason.
This place is open Mon-Fri only, 7:30 A.M to 3:30 P.M. Don’t come all the way here on the weekend like I once did and find the door locked and chairs flipped
This is def my favorite coffee shop on campus when it comes to atmosphere, space, and pastries. Best bagels and sandwiches by far.
The Cold Brew Caramel milkshake here is solid, as well as the Iced Caramel Macchiato. Not a fan of other drinks.

Doordashed from this place this morning. Ordered a plain shmear bagel and a nova lox. Got my order and no lox bagel to be found just got a single bagel and it was not even what I ordered. I ordered a everything bagel with plain shmear and received a cinnamon bagel with cinnamon shmear. The managered told me to contact doordash and resubmit order for the lox. I did. Got my lox bagel 30 minutes later and it had a mountain of red onions and almost no salmon, with an overtoasted bagel. Absolutely ridiculous. Gotta do better.

Nova Lox with a small ice tea.
Good taste and fast preparation.

Bagel with guacamole served ice cold and stale, with a very thin “schmear” of something green that didn’t taste like guac. “Hashbrowns” turned out to be a weird, cool (temperature) muffin that had a vague potato taste but seemed more like a weird bread. Both were inedible. Manager would not allow an employee to swap me for a plain untoasted bagel just to take home. Left hungry. I don’t think anyone working there understands bagels and how they should be served (ask customers if they want them toasted, maybe?), and the manager needs basic customer service lessons. Who is running this location? Other Einstein locations serve good food with friendly service. This one is such a disappointment.

The bagel was great not gonna lie. Coffee is seriously mid tier though. Tastes like it was stored in a cardboard box. Asked for no tomato, didn’t get it, no big deal. But honestly? You can get a veggie bagel and mocha from Jupiter House on the square not too far away for 4$ less. Shop local.

This is an Einstein bagels that’s inside of UNT. If you’re going to complain about doordash (like the comment below), find yourself another Einsteins to do so. Really this place should be open to UNT students only when they’re on campus. Fantastic place though and 10/10 on the customer service. They were fast when I went.

The store manager called me afterwards to apologize and assured me that they would handle customer needs more appropriately and improve service quality in the future. I really appreciate the manager’s attitude, so I changed my review. Thank you for being open to hearing students’ needs and providing positive feedback.

Honestly, mid bagels and the workers have no idea what they are doing. I tried to use my point system and my free bagel they told me they don’t do that after I already researched it. I asked why and the girls goes “i don’t know” she asks her manager and she didn’t know either. I don’t know who hired these people but they are doing bare minimum or are just incompetent. A waste of money and time and honestly puts a bad rep on all the other Einstein bagels.

I loveeee all the bagels here especially the egg bagels. Also I gotta say the chocolate muffins are on point, I get one every time I go here. Additonally, that other person who left a review is trippin none of the restaurants at UNT accept the points system on the app, like nice research bro… Regardless this place is amazing for breakfast I just wish it was opened all day
