I used to live right down the street from this location. Been coming here for 25 years. I moved further south and this is the first time I have been back in about 3 years. I ordered my food and then turned around to have a seat and didn’t notice that there was no chairs or tables. A note on the counter said that the dining room was closed. I asked the girl at the front desk why and she said since covid they haven’t allowed anybody to sit in the dining room. She said I was more than welcome to sit outside. It’s 10:00 a.m. in the morning and it’s already showing 85°. I’m not sitting in the sun to sit there and eat a bagel while sweating. Covid ended 3 years ago. Get with the times. You’re the first restaurant I have seen that dining room seating has not returned to normal. Won’t be back until I’m able to sit in nice clean booth indoors.

Fast & friendly. Not too bad of prices. Lot’s of variety of bagels plus other options for breakfast. Got 6 bagels with a free tub of cream cheese! Haven’t had this place in a long long time! Bagels are wonderful.

They left some food out of our order and when I told them, guy in the mask with the curly hair was SO rude!! Put our missing food in a bag and literally TOSSED it on the counter at me!! It’s not my fault you messed up our order!!

The best experience! Crystal was so nice and always smiling even while working on Thanksgiving morning! We’re in town visiting family for the holidays and stopped in for breakfast. We’ve never been here before so she took time to walk us through many of the options to make sure we would find something we like! Couldn’t speak any higher of this place or it’s employees. The place was clean and food was delicious! Thank you!

I ordered for delivery as I am partially disabled — 6 bagels and a tub of honey almond spread. Cost around $40 through DoorDash. Unbelievable, but I love Einstein bagels — they are the best — and I hadn’t had them in a couple of years. So I wanted to pay this price anyway. But I did not get the tub of spread and there isn’t much recourse since you have to go thru DoorDash and not Einstein. They put a whole $7.49 on account for next time. There won’t be a next time. So disappointing. I guess it doesn’t matter that the person working at Einstein didn’t do their job correctly.
