First and last time patronizing this place with its aircraft hangar like milieu and acerbic blonde bimbo waitstaff whose customer service acumen, or lack thereof, would definitely be better suited at Ed Debevick’s if that concept and place still even remains a going concern. One would be better off motoring to the Woodman’s Market about 1.5 miles south, purchasing some generic bagels, popping the hood of his/her/its vehicle and toasting them on your short block. Nobody approximating Einstein would bother, in his/her/its right mind, coming here twice. Once is far too many exposures to this comedy of errors.

Service gets worse and worse each time. Last time I came here, the girls working were throwing bagels around behind the counter and running around playing like children. Every bagel they sliced was crooked and not even sliced. Today when walked in to get mothers day brunch bagels, rudest customer service ever.

My husband just went to get bagels this morning. The service at this location is not good. Instead of a good morning he was received with someone with no personality and the other employee that was on the register was more interested in being on his personal cell phone than waiting on my husband. Wow…Einstein better get a grip on their service. As I always say those businesses that offer exceptional service will survive during these hard times. 🙂

I know the service is slow here, so I actually left for work early to get a bagel. 10 minutes later and I was first in line. One poor soul who was filling all the orders for uber and pickups. One cashier who was ring up a customer with a single coffee and customer had a coupon or something. I would have just said take the coffee its on us. But no had to call the guy maybe he was a manager to help with register.. Finally cashier comes over and starts helping with the food line by now 5 people waiting. Get my bagel and she says to go the cashier well your the cashier so I wait there for another 6 minutes and only then the guy from back comes out to help with food still no checkout. I say is anyone going to check out. He goes well were busy. Yes I’ve been patient I wanted to just leave my food and go. I will not return to that Einsteins.

The bagels are good and fresh but considering the price, this is the very least that you can expect. What very much surprised me is that the employee is handling the bagels with bare hands while switching back and forth between cash register and fresh baked goods. You decide for yourself if you want to eat at this location or not.
