They just gave me a stale bagel sandwich that was LENGTH OF MY FINGER for $12. I’ve gotten sandwiches 70% bigger from this place for the same price. What gives??

Terrible experience at this location. As soon as I came in no one greeted me. Not to mention my first time in this establishment but as I stood there for 10 minutes no one still said a word to me. An older woman proceeded to stare at me as she took some else’s order that came in after me. I had to insert myself and ask another team member “ Am I invisible?” I was completely heartbroken and disgusted. No one knew about my catering order which should have been done by the time I arrived. Only 6 of 26 bagels were heart shaped. I called 3 times before coming in and nobody answered. I’m an Africa American woman that had no other choice but to feel as if my presence was not wanted. I never experienced anything like that before.

Great spot. Had not been in a long time. Not sure if the norm but there are no tables or chairs set up or anywhere to sit. Could be more tidy but decent for the most part. Display of package goods were neatly arranged. Nice place for a light breakfast or lunch on the run without being overly full.

Gave me two eggs (and uncharged me) when I ordered just one, no schmear on my sandwich and the cold brew was pretty much inedible due to grounds in the bottom of the cup (photo taken after I ingested most of them ) Finally, hash browns were undercooked. 3 stars instead of 1 because the employees were very kind and fun!

I will continue to rate this business with low as I feel they have fallen…. I just read a post from a year ago about someone paying $9 for the Lox and bagel and only getting 1 small piece of Lox…. I can see nothing has changed. They used to make this as an open face sandwich. There was more tomato than anything on this mess. Not sure why I keep coming back…..

Bagel was hard as a rock and tasted weird compared to other locations. It’s like she made it blind-folded. Older lady, short. Also, I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew and she handed me a black iced cold brew and I put the cream in myself. Just as I suspected, no vanilla taste whatsoever. At that point, they should just have a coffee bar and the customers make it themselves. Algonquin location is MUCH better.
