Over the last few months they’ve been changing management, originally this is to be a Caribou Coffee. They converted this space to a full on Einstein brothers. Many of the cashiers were pretty rude, but today I had a really good service. I didn’t catch his name but the cashier was very friendly and polite! Hopefully this will be face of how customer service should be here on out. (Consistency)

as someone who works at a coffee shop, i love to see it when employees look like they’re having fun at work. the energy is great, and all the employees are friendly! my nova lox was a 10/10, and even my partner, who is neither a bagel or hash brown kinda guy, loved his sandwich and went back to buy another one. hey corporate- everyone here deserves a raise!!! 🙂

I had a horrible experience today. They forgot one of my order. This place went downhill and they need to work on making sure food orders are accurate and customer service.
