Today I went into Einstein bro bagels, and we severely disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes for my food while other people who came in after me got theirs. I had to repeatedly ask for when it was going to be done since I had a class to run too. Once i finally got my bagel. It was terrible. It was burnt and the bacon was undercooked. I understand that they are busy but don’t bite off more than you can chew. If they wouldn’t have forgotten about my order I would have been on time to class. Sad to say this is probably the last time I’ll ever go there again. Extremely disappointed!!

The food is great; the schmear is pretty tasty despite the name. The dining area is comfy and has a little fireplace. Downside is it’s kinda expensive and usually busy.

Be warned: this is not a coffee shop. I hadn’t been to an Einstein Bagels in some time, and I forgot what they had available. I am used to going to my local coffee shop, and I was surprised that the menu had no macchiato, no cortado, no flat white, no cappucino, nor could they make those. When I ordered a plain old hot latte, it was met with some confusion and difficulty.
No cash accepted, no tipping.
Despite all that, the bagels looked delicious, and the team was busting their butts to make people happy. They were friendly and working hard.

Food is amazing, drinks are great especially the cold brew shakes! I love the asiago bagels and the strawberry cream cheese! The bomb! Usually pretty busy, but the wait it worth it!

I gave 3 stars because it’s either 5 or 1 depending on the day. I’ve had incredible sandwiches there and they’re very fast an organized. Or days like today, it took 25 minutes to get my food, it was missing egg, and had a very long hair in it. Just depends on the day.

They take a minimum of 30 mins to get you your food when you’re the only one there. When there is others in line, expect to wait at least an hour for just a toasted bagel. You’ll often have to remind the workers about your order because their biggest problem seems to be forgetting you ordered or throwing away your order receipt.

Staff isn’t the best, in fact, each visit takes significantly longer because they just don’t seem to know what they sell or how to use the register, but, it’s a college campus so I’m not sure what I could expect.
