I drove in early this morning, all the way from the East Side to Blue Ash, to visit a dear friend who is one of the bakers. I used to come here a lot when it was a Brueggers. The store was very clean and well stocked, and the service was courteous, friendly and my breakfast order came very quickly. The manager very kindly allowed my friend to spend some time with me, since I came so far to try their restaurant. The best part was the food. I had the maple breakfast sandwich on a multi-grain bagel and was very pleasantly surprised. It was delicious! So come in to say hi to the manager, El and stay for a yummy sandwich.

Disgusted I ordered a ham, egg, and cheese that was disgusting. Not only did they forget an egg and have the incorrect cheese, but there was a HAIR in the food. I legitimately bit into someone’s hair on my first bite…
I’m not expecting much from a chain, but it’s close by so we wanted to try it out. Absolutely disgusted and we will not be back.
Edit: after inspecting our half dozen bagels we ordered as well, we notice that the bagels provided weren’t correct either.
Edit #2: I reached out to the einstein bros customer support team over a week ago and have not had any response.
Edit #3: I’ve reached out to Einstein Bros customer support more than 3x now and have yet to hear back.

This Einstein Bros. location is consistently solid. The bagels are always fresh, and the staff keeps things moving even during busy hours. I really appreciate how friendly and efficient everyone is. They even donate unused bagels for food pantry use after hours. It makes a quick stop feel welcoming, not rushed, which keeps me coming back.
