I’m very disappointed. I started coming to this spot on Sunday mornings & At first everything was awesome. I was definitely a bit turned away when an elderly customer spilled a beverage in line & the staff continued to laugh at them & scold them from behind the counter. Another time I ordered an iced chai & specifically asked to see the difference in iced chai beverage sizes, the worker turned around & made a hot chai, I was really confused because less than 5 minuets ago we conversed about the iced chai, she then walked away & ignored me when I tried to ask for it to be fixed. But I really did like the bagels, I continued on my routine of coming once a week on Sundays & somehow It just kept getting worse. I had received completely wrong bagels before, getting a plain when I ordered a blueberry, also receiving bagels with literally less than a thin layer of the schmear, to the point we’re it is barley visable. That is just so rude & I know it’s not company standard considering the images of the schmeared bagels. My breakfast egg sandwiches have been inconsistent with the ingredients & If they are cut or not in half. This passed visit was my really sad breaking point of leaving this review, I was super excited to redeem my birthday bagel & I received it burnt to a crisp on either ends. It’s not allowing me to attach an image but the regularly light yellow bagel was completely charred. I also ordered a backup bagel knowing sometimes it isn’t the best, & that was a blueberry with schmear, but it had of course little to none in it. I have noticed that the workers seem to care more about the dine in orders than the take out, but I am always headed places & thought I could trust that my bagel would be cared for.

prices inched higher, and yet the bagels keep shrinking. almost 5 for a single bagel and shearm and its no kidding slightly bigger than a mini bagel.

It’s clean for sure. Food is good. My problem with my last visit was that I ordered my bagel sandwich minus onion to go. When I got home there was onion on it. Ok… no big deal… I just take the onion slices off. I couldn’t take the onion slices off since it was chopped onion. Since it was a $10 Lox bagel that I was craving for a few weeks, I ate it. Not worth driving back to the store which would wasted another hour of my day. Very disappointing.

Saddest transformation ever. I used to come here regularly and buy a bakers dozen bucket. The last two times I’ve been here the bagels are half the size and the specialty bagels were flat as a pancake. Some were underdone. They all tasted different and not good at all. I will not be coming here anymore. They used to be so good.

I go to this location almost everyday for work. Matt and the crew are excellent..They know my regular order, knock it out and always get it right! If you are looking for good food and great service I definitely recommend this place..

We brought 3 year old twins in for breakfast and they loved their bagels with cheese. We had the Farmhouse sandwiches and they were phenomenal. Will fill you up with just the sandwich.

Love this location. Very quick and clean restaurant. Always has plenty of people working and lots of food in stock. I do wish they would bring back the homemade cream, stuff was delicious. They always get my order correct and coffee is always hot.

There are two registers there, one for food and the other for coffee and drinks. There is no sign to tell you so if you want a bagel you get in one line, you want a coffee you get in the other, if you want both you wait in two lines. I just wish they would put a little bit of Einstein into their registers so operations can be more efficient.

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a asiago bagel and a farmhouse breakfast sandwich on a jalapeno cheddar both are we’re not good. Weren’t even warm cheese was not melted lacking flavor and The bagel wasn’t toasted, so needless to say I probably won’t go back unless I’m in a pinch and I’ll stick with bruegger’s bagels their way better, especially for the money.
