Had a great early morning Experience with the Team in Reynoldsburg. Annalee was very polite while taking my order, Jade was a huge help in picking out the bagels from the huge selection they have. Angi made one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Einstein Bros. Bagels in Reynoldsberg for anyone looking for a great place for breakfast.

I’ve held off on writing a review about this place since they’ve opened. Wanted to leave an accurate review so Ive computed the numbers. Out of 12 visits. They’ve managed to get the order wrong 4times. From a simple request to spreading cream cheese lightly to a specific bagel request. Not enough to be entirely annoyed but enough to throw the visit off. I don’t know how the communication fails from one person to another 3feet away in less than a minute but those are the facts.

I was so excited to see that a new Einsteins opened up in my neck of the woods. Their bagels are so delicious. I took my twin toddlers in for brunch and they were PACKED. The staff was very friendly and noticed that I was struggling with the two boys in the packed place. They ended up bringing the food out to me instead of just calling my name. The manager who brought the food out to me was very friendly and asked if there was anything I needed. My boys had their cinnamon muffins and they gobbled it up quickly. I tried the cheddar hash brown bagel and it was really good! Once the store cleared out, we got bagels to go, which were also delicious.

We were really disappointed with our visit. The food quality was abysmal. My sausage and egg bagel was completely bland and lacked any real flavor, and my wife’s avocado bagel was served cold. We also ordered a blended iced coffee, but it tasted more like chocolate milk with ice than coffee.
The staff was polite and friendly, but we felt rushed through our order and experience. While the prices weren’t unreasonable, that doesn’t make up for how poor the food was. We won’t be returning, and we can’t recommend this location.

Went for the first time and now I can’t stop thinking about the six cheese bagel… delicious! Better than a lot of bagels I tried in NYC. Great service and staff was very friendly.

Closed before they were actually supposed to, have had multiple issues with making the food wrong since opening day, they routinely have more than one person making food but the wait still gets abnormally long if theres more than three orders. Have observed staff handling raw eggs and not washing their hands after and then touching other items. Most of the staff is pretty friendly and on the rare occasion the foods right it is pretty good but this store definitely needs some tlc

I went into Einstein Bagels to pick up breakfast for my pregnant wife. I ordered at 10:19 am, I got there at 10:40 and the order still hadn’t been ready. I waited and waited for my order and then comes out a manger bigger lady with blonde hair named Annalee and she is yelling at everyone, making the staff tense and uncomfortable. Even after all of that my order wasn’t finally done until around 11, and my food was incorrect and my bagel was stale. Every time I come in on the weekend I see that same manger and everytime I’m disappointed with her service. I won’t be coming back.

There’s not enough sitting in the place. The floor was sticky. The employees looked sad and overwhelmed. When I went there the one server dropped something and hurt herself and was cursing. I felt bad for her. But no one and I mean no one looked happy there. I got the brisket bagel and it was barely meat on it the cheese was over melted. The Carmel cold coffee was good. And my daughter got the chorizo bagel she said it was decent. I felt like they were skimmy with the meat. I wouldn’t be interested in going back. It’s nothing to rave over.

This was my first time coming to this Einstein Bros. Bagels. I’ve been to others in Ohio and they were really good. For some reason this one was not good. I’m not sure what the problem was but my bagel tasted old and hard. It had no flavor and was completely bland. I went home and remade it to make it edible because I wasn’t going to waste food or my money. So disappointing because I was excited to finally have one close to me but I dont think I’ll be eating here again.

Today was my SECOND attempt at getting me and my son a maple house bagel before I take him to school. I arrived at opening twice to be told the maple house bagels are not ready and would be a 30 minute wait. Literally the second time in the same month. This is unacceptable and I will never come back. Do better! Do not recommend this location. Terrible!
