Awesome crew and great coffee!
I’m a semi regular customer and always enjoy the vanilla hazelnut coffee, but what really keeps me coming back is the team. The staff is consistently welcoming, warm, upbeat, and highly competent.

I’m not sure what happened to this store but when we came in on a Sunday morning around 11 am, it looked like a natural disaster. Old food and trash on the tables and floor, bathroom was trashed, long waits to order even though there were not many people there, rude employees and the food did not taste great. We love Einstein bagels and this was not like any other location we’ve been to. Other customers had to ask them to replace the creamers and clean trash off the counters so they could fix their coffees. And they all seemed really bothered that they had customers to serve.

I ordered 2 sandwiches via Uber Eats, different bagels. How come they switched the bagels for the order? I got a jalapeño cheddar for the maple one, and my husband got my asiago bagel for his avocado sandwich.

The young guy with the long hair in a pony tail is unprofessional has 0 work ethic 0 customer service skills. I come in said I placed an order on their website and told him my name. He automatically said he didn’t get an order for me and there was nothing he could do. I pulled up my bank account and showed him the transaction just a couple of minutes prior. Instead of doing what he’s supposed to and help fix the situation he proceeded to say that this was not sufficient as I could have placed the order to any other store ♀️ asked if I received an email confirmation I said I was going to check. While standing by a table looking through my email he has the audacity to say to me “ma’am only paying customers allowed in the store” I said excuse me? “I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER” You should be fixing this for me!!! Long story short he refused to give me his name said it was none of my business and told me I needed to leave the store. Still in shock who does this fool thinks he is?

I come here daily as a local to Sunny Isles Beach, the staff never fail to greet me and welcome me in warmly each and every time. The bagels are warm, fresh, and exactly what I expect when I look for a bagel to have for breakfast with a variety to choose from depending on what mood you may be in to have. From everything bagels to apple cinnamon, and everything in between. The atmosphere is very refreshing, clean, and again–welcoming. I recommend the Sunny Isles Beach location to anyone who may be here.

There was one employee complaining outloud that he had to do the dishes. He came to the one that was taking our order and complained to him while opening the register, as though we were not there and had to wait till he finished taking money. When you asked him something he did not turn around or reply. Disgusting service. This was our first time here and wont be coming back.

The food was amazing! Tasted fresh and the wait wasn’t too long. Staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Ordered a plain latte and she made me something completely different and then acted like it was the cashier’s fault right to his face when it clearly said latte on the screen. When she made it it was so incredibly strong I ended up just throwing it away and then I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and there is literally a half a strip of bacon on it. The kid working at the register was very nice and polite but other than him the whole experience was a waste of time and money.

I loved this place! The bagel was amazing …warm, fresh, and delicious. The store is very clean, organized, and welcoming. The service was excellent: Stephen, who helped me, was very kind and attentive, making my day even better. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants to start the day with a great breakfast!
