This place has really gone down. Customer service is poor. Food taste nasty. The lady put the wrong meat in the container. We then told her it was the wrong meat. She got upset, and got an attitude.

Decided to give this place a try again and then I remembered why it had such low ratings. The food was unacceptable, spicy chicken had zero spice and tasted like it sat under a heated lamp all day. The rice tasted flat, and I ended up up throwing it away. $15 for unacceptable food. I’ll be sure to never eat there again.

Very poor service, the lady charged me an extra dollar just for using my card and did not let me know beforehand. Food is way too salty and mushy. $11 just for a tiny amount of gross food is not worth it.

After going here a couple times and not having very good/fresh food, my wife and son decided to give it one more try tonight. They got their food to go and it was awful. Chicken was dry, crab Rangoon was so old and stale they didn’t even eat it after one bite. Unfortunately we will not be giving this place another try.
If they didn’t have to eat it on the go, my wife would have asked for a refund.

Ordered orange chicken and they gave us sesame chicken. They argued with me after confirming that it was not orange chicken thier reasoning is that the orange chicken is spicy and because I am white I would not like it and could not handle it. I love spicy food.

Sweet and sour chicken was overdone and too hard for a child to even chew. Choking hazard. Lo mein noodles and fried rice were very Bland and needed lots of soy sauce. We will be going to the other Chinese food place in the mall
