This location was busy, but I didn’t wait too long for my food. I did have to wait longer on my iced coffee. The staff was friendly, the seating was limited, and my table was a bit dirty. My farmstand bagel was delicious, and iced coffee was good. You can definitely save $ if you order ahead on the app.

Great quick place to stop for a hot bite. I recommend the Texas brisket, the way it comes. It’s so good! Staff was really nice and the service was very quick. I just wish the espresso machine was working..

Honest Review just on appearance! I hope Management find this, This store needs a facelift ! It was my first time going in , but due to the environment outside and then inside didn’t feel cozy , (which bagels are supposed to feel like a cozy breakfast) I could get anything today , I was excited to come in n however this store needs to be clean especially where my food is being prepared ! Please see that you guys re-train for cleanliness!

I used to come here every day for years. The quality lately has gotten so bad. The eggs are always green and old and I have to ask them to remake my sandwich and it takes forever since they have to make fresh eggs. They will keep using bad eggs until someone complains. I stopped coming for a couple months because I was tired of asking to remake my sandwich. I tried it out again this morning and my eggs are green. I didn’t have time to sit and wait 15 minutes for a fresh sandwich so I just threw the eggs out and ate the bagel. I would expect better quality when my one bagel BEC costs over $10. I will just take my bagel business to Jeff’s up the street.

First time eating/ordering at Einstein Bagels. Placed a catering order a week prior to our event, confirmed the day prior that everything was set. I arrived at 0710am for a 0700-0715 pickup time. I was advised that they were running late and it would be 15-20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time.
I understand things happen, and shame on me for not adding additional time to alot for service issues. When ordering hot food, you’d like food served as hot as possible so picking up ASAP prior to needing is important.
Additionally, you dont collect rewards points for catering orders because they use 2 separate systems and the systems don’t talk to each other. So, we spent $710 on catering which was late and we didn’t get any rewards.
I dont recommend large catering orders, especially of hot foods as you may get the food late and cold. I also won’t be eating at Einstein bagels in the future and will share my negative experience with all those who will listen.

This place has great fresh food! Most of the food is made right in front of you. The service is very nice. I would love if they added more side options instead of just plain chips. They have fun tasty baked goods, including the sunny side up sugar cookie.
