I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a lox bagel and the Energy Spritz drink. The service was great, and the bagel was good up until I found a hair in it. Pretty gross. I wish I would’ve noticed sooner, and I would’ve let the staff know, but I unfortunately don’t have time to go back. Will likely NOT be coming back to this location

I went in on 12/4 to grab a quick breakfast before work. I asked the cashier if they had any dairy free sandwiches as I’m allergic to dairy. She said I can make any sandwich dairy free if I just didn’t get it with the smear. I got the Santa Fe with no smear and no cheese. I got my packed sandwich and went in to work only to find that the bagel itself is covered in cheese. I tore out the cheese at best as I could and ate it as I didn’t have any other food for the day but immediately started getting hives on my neck that spread to my stomach, arms, and legs over the next few days. I’ve woken up in the middle of the night itching and bleeding 2 nights in a row. Once I get hives, I struggle with them for weeks on end. Just wish the cashier had asked me what bagel I would have liked for my sandwich as it could be easily swapped out or warned me it comes on a cheese bagel especially when I asked her multiple times to make sure I could have it dairy free.

I ordered a sesame bagel with butter and cream cheese via the drive thru. Service rated 2 for the drive thru person, who was courteous.
Please see the photo for the whopping amount of cream cheese I paid for and received.
Note that a man in a gray shirt put my “bagel” on the counter and refused to give it to me himself. Instead, I had to wait for the drive thru person, who was also attending to the inside counter. I guess his arms were broken as he just walked around post bagel drop.
Overall, negative 10 and I won’t be back. What a waste of money and time.

Asiago bagel was amazing. Sadly my iced coffee was filled with coffee grounds and I simply could not drink it. On the way to work so I was not able to get it replaced. Very disappointed in that.

Their bagels are truly the Circles of Goodness! I highly recommend the plain bagel with lox. Plus, getting a free coffee with my order was such a nice surprise. The staff is super friendly, too!

This is the BEST bagel place in the metro by far. Been coming here for years to get the Power Bagel and coffee ☕ to start my day. Eugene, the manager, runs a great place, calling all the regulars by first name. Makes you feel welcome. I route myself to “happen” to drive by on my way to an appointment. Love this location.

I ordered cheddar jalapeño bagel, garlic bagel and cheesy hash brown bagel. All of these were delicious and cream cheese spreads were great. I recommend this place for a quick and tasty breakfast.

We walked in and were immediately greeted with a smile. Zach was super friendly and professional. He gave us some excellent recommendations and the food was fantastic. The staff were extremely fast and we had our food within a few mins of sitting down. Coffee was hot and fresh. Highly recommend stopping by this location. If we were local, this would become a regular breakfast spot!

Best bagel place we’ve been to so far. Rarely do all of us agree on an eatery, but Einstein Bros sure does kick it up a notch. Nice clean place, well laid out, priced right and most of all great staff.
And for Canadians who think Tim Hortons is the alpha and omega – I got news for you. Einstein Bros sure beats the Brazilian chain with BOTH eyes closed.
