Exceptional meal tonight. Fresh and hot . Fish sandwich and 1/2 pound roast beef. Fresh were Fresh up and apple turnover cook just right. Service was fast and friendly. Great job !

This location is absolutely awful! The customer service is absolutely ridiculous as they act like they are miserable to be working. You order food, it’s wrong and when calling the location NO ONE answers the phone. I ordered a French dip sandwich and they never gave me the sauce to go with it! Who does that!? I live 30 minutes away from there and needless to say, it’s not even worth the gas money to drive back out to get the sauce! I tried to call THREE TIMES and NO ONE answered the phone! I cannot stand the lack of respect for themselves as a company and the staff they hire act like they are unhappy with their job! Get it together Arby’s. I like the good way too much to stop, but will NOT be back at this location

The young lady I think her name said sam, was very nice, the food was good especially the loaded Italian I ate, the only issue I had was they were running low on tea(but it was 10pm).the tea itself had gounds so it got dumped but we enjoyed the rest of it

Ordered 2 beef and cheddars on a regular bun. The person over the intercom asked if we wanted a bun with seeds or without I said without and an extra cheddar sauce on the side. We got no extra cheddar sauce, a sesame seed bun with no cheese or sauce. So just a dry roast beef sandwich. Sadly, I had to give most of the meat to my dog so I wouldn’t have to eat that much meat with a plain bun. Bad experience.

Unfortunately this location is known to shut off the lights & lock the doors to make people feel like they are closed. Last 3 Visits to them, I had to find other items to order as they are always out on something. Depending on whom is there really depends on the service you receive!

I have never in my life seen an Arbys roast beef sandwich with only 3 slices of roast beef on it! Literally 3 slices! But that’s what this location served and several drinks in the lobby were out and when I tried to ask if they had drinks the behind the counter that I could get the cashier wouldn’t even turn around and acknowledge me. Another employee walked up and saw me and turned around and walked off. It was the worst experience I think I have ever had at an Arbys.
