Bagels by Einstein are consistently good. They are also famously under toasted, but even that can be fixed with double toasting. This place has not even a single chair to sit down as they appear to still be in Corona mode. It’s now a huge empty hall.

Went in for a bagel sandwich order. When I went to pay, I used the “tap” feature. Somehow it automatically tipped the cashier 2$. The workers name was Kevin. I asked him why I was charged that. He told me I must have accidentally pressed the option? I asked for a refund of the check so i can repay with just the cost of the sandwich. He told me it was “impossible” to refund it. Instead, he suggested keeping the tip & asking if I wanted a drink “on the house.” Ended up getting a lemonade, which I didn’t want. I don’t understand this american tipping culture in fast food restaurants, especially ones that are forced such as the one today. Wouldn’t recommend this bagel spot.

I could have given more stars; unfortunately, they continue to have no seating area. Yes, I am aware these were precautions taken during COVID, but c’mon! I want to eat a warm, fresh bagel, not have to wait to get home or eat it in the car like a savage, lol. Yes, they have outdoor seating, and yes, your garlic bagel will pair well with the emission of an ’02 Honda.

They are open early and offer consistently hot coffee. I keep things simple with a bacon, egg, and cheese on a honey whole wheat bagel but I’ve tried their other bagels and the breakfast burrito and they were great quality.

Not what it used to be. We used to come at least one weekend a month pre covid. After not stopping in for nearly a year we decided to give it a go on a Saturday morning. There is no longer a clear line for order. Generally very confused people trying to figure out who is in line and who is not. They had a decent selection of bagels even though it was nearing 11 am. The place had about 25 people scattered around waiting for their orders where tables once were. There is zero seating despite most restaurants in the area having reopened their dining rooms. Took 29 minutes to get our order of 4 toasted bagels with butter (no fancy sandwiches or coffees). While standing around waiting for our order we noticed that all of the light fixtures and vents had about an inch of dust on them. Likely won’t be back since we can get the same mediocre service across the street at panera and have a place to sit!

I enjoy the food at Einstein’s but I would like to see them bring back the indoor dining area. I feel very exposed sitting outside on a narrow 4ft sidewalk. It is a bit chaotic outside with cars backing out and speeding past, all within a few feet of the outdoor tables.

My brother told me about this place and I tend to shy away because I like bagel shops run by mom and pops but this is up there with them. Quick service and great prices makes this an even better find. Einstein Bros are way better than the other bagel shops or fast food by far. The variety of smears (spreads) from plain to honey almond makes every sandwich a new sandwich. They also have over 16 variety of bagels, to with your Simply orange juices or coffee so go crazy!

The bagels are great by why the heck is there no seating. It makes no sense. I might stop in to grab a bagel to go, but we were regulars for lunch and I’m certainly not going to do that now.
