I love Einstein, but the customer service is horrible. Also unfortunately I will need to stop coming here. Here is my breakfast they served me. Also I had ordered online bagels and had ordered wrong and called them and they never answered.

Absolutely abysmal from top to bottom. I placed a large order online. They took over 1.5 hours to prepare the food. Several items were missing. All completed items had missed modifiers or were cold as they were made early on in the 90 minute disaster and cooled while waiting for the two desperately overmatched employees. They were extremely understaffed to service a Saturday morning breakfast crowd. What I find even more disturbing is the complete lack of effort that management has attempted since I reached out to them over a week ago. Several emails where they have promised a refund and nothing has been followed up on. Poor operations rot from the head, and its clear that this operation is run poorly from top to bottom. Utterly ridiculous.

This place was filthy and the customer service was awful. It’s a holiday and the people working acted like it was ridiculous of me to even be here with my children getting lunch. The person taking my order clearly stated back to me that I was getting 2 chocolate chip bagels and even the screen showed it but the cook insisted that she only had one showing on the order. I had to pay another 5 dollars and then proceed to eat in a restaurant that smelled moldy and where there was not one clean table to sit.
I usually love Einstein bagels but boy was this location bad. I’ll just have to go down the street to panera next time.

My order wasn’t ready on time and seems to have gotten lost in the system, but the staff was very accommodating and made it fresh on the spot. The Farmhouse was delicious, and the vanilla latte was great. Professional, kind staff and a clean restaurant overall.

We ordered two bagels and I waited half an hour in the store for it at 7 am. There’s really no excuse, as I watched people who had come after me get their food before me, multiple times. We ordered at 7:16 and ended up leaving at 7:50 for two bagels! Ridiculous. Staff too busy talking to male customers to take orders that came before aforementioned customers. She had only started the order when I asked about it after waiting for twenty minutes. For two bagels?!

We ordered online, said it would be ready in 20 minutes. It ended up taking 45 minutes! One of the sandwiches was stone cold. The sandwiches were mediocre. Customer service is horrible, just straight up being ignored as I stood there right in front of them. I will never go here again, which is a shame because it is walking distance to where I live. Next time I’m going to McDonald’s or Panera for breakfast.

I don’t eat out much and when I do I expect good service and good food. This morning I went into a pretty empty Einstein’s to get some breakfast and I have to add bacon to my sandwich when I get home. The sandwich overall was skimpy and it’s supposed to be the All Nighter sandwich. What’s worse. I have a nice tip when I ordered. Another reason to stay home. I tipped for service I didn’t even receive. That’s my fault. I also should have checked my food before I left. That won’t happen again.

I have been going to this Einstein Bagel for over 20 years. I has sadly become terrible. The food is med at best and the staff is horrendous. They were disorganized and unfocused. I waited 20 minutes for an order I made online and was not ready when I arrived. They made my bagel twice because they are not communicating and too busy complaining about customers. They need to stop gossiping about the customers and concentrate on the ones in front of them and complete orders. When I complained about not getting my mocha the cashier made it and I am pretty sure left out the syrup and whip cream on purpose. I will never go back.

Usually it’s really good, but today I put on my put in my first online order which included my usual Santa Fe sandwich, and for some reason I cannot fathom it had guacamole on it. Just a reminder it’s always a good idea to check your order before you leave a store.

My online order didn’t even show up at the store, so they had to write my order down by hand. My order number had 20 digits so their system is clearly screwed up. Nice guys working here (not their fault) and the food itself is good.
