I’ve tried it. It’s good, but not the best. A bagel tastes more like bread than anything else. You can find different kinds of bagels, but honestly, they all taste pretty much the same.

Staff was incredibly dismissive when asking for the status of my order. It took over 45 minutes to finally get a bagel sandwich, which is extreme. when asked to speak to the manager yet again I was dismissed by Amanda, the GM and one of the associates just handed me a card and went about their day. Very poor customer service I would not allow any of my businesses.

I love Einstein Bros. Bagels, and this location is so close to me so I’ve been coming here for years. That being said, this location has the most lackluster service.
The coffee always tastes burnt, or is out completely and they take FOREVER to get orders completed. I was in a rush this past weekend and placed a mobile pickup order through their app. I arrived at the restaurant at the ETA the app provided, but my order wasn’t on the mobile pickup shelf. I assumed they were just running a little behind and waited. 10 minutes later, I went to the counter to ask about my order and the cashier turned and picked up my order off the back counter. I have no idea how long it had been sitting there.
When I got home (this location removed tables and chairs during the pandemic), not only was my toasted bagel cold, the inside was burnt. Disappointing.
The food is still usually good, but definitely avoid this location if you are in a hurry. You’re better off going to Starbucks a couple of doors down.

The Texas brisket on cheddar jalapeño bagel is absolutely awesome! The smoky, tender brisket pairs perfectly with the spicy, cheesy bagel. The flavors are bold and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend!

This is false advertising. I either did not get the right sandwich, or the picture you guys are advertising verses what you are serving is ludicrous. Completely disappointed and not satisfied at all. As much as you pay for delivery service you would at least expect to have a decent meal or at least the right one being brought to you.

This is easily a 5 star place. Great fresh food and drinks, great and speedy service, great menu selection, presentation and portions, appropriate price, and awesome niche. But i came here to have breakfast and sit on my laptop, and realized their seating area is closed only after placing my order, now i need to go somewhere else or back home.

I have been a loyal customer of Einstein Bros. Bagels for over two years now, and every Tuesday is a highlight for me! The combination of flavors is simply unbeatable – smoky, rich lox on a perfectly toasted spicy bagel is the way I start my week.
