Stopped here today after every other breakfast restaurant in the area had a 45min wait. Very good breakfast had the egg, cheese & bacon on a everything bagel and a med coffee. Very friendly staff, modern looking interior.

I always love to get Bagels here. I also love their sandwich the Farmhouse cheddar. It seems not as good as it was a few years ago but it seems it’s just the eggs needing a touch more salt and pepper. I recommend them for all your bagel needs and great when you have errands in the area.

You have to try the new crispy chicken and egg breakfast and or lunch sandwich. Amazingly good! Great service and friendly staff. The only place you can eat good close to the crazy Donaldson Crossroads intersection.

Imagine placing an order for your Christmas breakfast, driving 30 miles round trip only to find out they closed “due to weather” and didn’t bother to call their catering orders so they don’t drive all the way out there for nothing and it’s too late to make other arrangements. How hard is it to pick up the phone? Is the manager a child? Yet three days later they charged my credit card. I have been calling for days and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone for my refund. The phone just rings and rings and rings. Nobody has responded to my email contact since there’s no corporate communication either.

Don’t leave reviews often, but this experience should be shared. Haven’t been to an Einstein location in several years until today, and never again. Bagels are listed on the menu above the counter, and cream cheese is listed separately in the next column on that menu. So it’s not obvious that you’re about to be charged an extra $1.89 (!!!) for cream cheese on a bagel until it shows up on the POS terminal. And when it does, it’s all in one price, not broken down. Clearly Einstein management wants to be vague about this ridiculous upcharge. So I switched to avocado toast, which I recall Dunkin does really well. Got that order home and opened to a burned (wayyy past toasted) bagel. Bye-bye Einstein.

Amazing place to come eat. I come here for breakfast a lot. The managers are super friendly. I usually order a Jalapeño cheddar bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese because I love spice. It tastes AMAZING. I also order the Caramel cold brew shake which is really good. I love eating inside because of how nice and clean it is. They never fail and they always make sure that you are satisfied with what you get. JUST AMAZING.
