The new October sandwich was beyond nasty! I ordered it with no Swiss cheese. So what did they do? They slathered a ton of that processed tasting cheese sauce in it so much that I could barely taste the bacon or eggs. Whether this was done intentionally or in just plain ignorance is beyond me. I just couldn’t eat it, I’m not a condiment queen Poorly presented for the price.

I paid for 2 bacon egg and cheese and only got bacon on one of them. The employees at the Greentree PA location are rude, ignorant, and nasty. I called and asked them to add mayonnaise to my sandwich and she said it would cost extra but I can give you some mayonnaise packets for free which doesn’t make any sense. So the store buys mayonnaise packets and gives them for free, but I can’t get mayonnaise put on my sandwich that they have on the expo line? I will never order from this location again. The portion was small. Hardly any cheese. Didn’t taste fresh. From now on I will buy everything myself and make it at home. Save your money folks. Don’t support a business that isn’t accommodating to their customers and that are just there for a paycheck. Everyone is lazy, and no one takes pride in their work anymore, and that’s a disgrace. If you don’t want to do your job, STAY HOME!

Came in today for a very simple sandwich, like I do weekly at this location. Today I was charged an extra $4-5 for my normal, everyday order. Totally fine, because I understand it’s not a usual order & sometimes there’s questions on how to ring it in. Because of this being an issue, I have a picture of how it’s meant to be rang in. Tried to show & express that to the cashier & just got a really hostile & rude response in return. Ruined my morning tbh lol. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Recently placed a mobile order that included an iced latte. When I arrived to pick up my order they informed me their cappuccino machine was down and coffee was my only option. I was not refunded for the drink I didn’t receive even though regular coffee purchases are free with my rewards. The vanilla haleznut coffee also had weird flakes when dispensed. Threw in garbage.

Hi. I’m Uber driver. I started my journey 3 months ago. I received order from Einstein Bros more times. I really don’t understand why some people are so annoyed, not well behaved even don’t know how to say hi. So how many times l entered to this place not everybody some of the staff who work there are so mean, unfriendly. Mainly a young lady who works there is so rude. I would like to talk with their manager or owner because when they are hiring employees they have to tell them to communicate with people nicely, well, educated( greeting, communicating…) why you hired like that not well behaved person in your store? How many times l don’t accept orders from this store because I don’t want to see their mean face ( some of them). This time if she will be mean I will ask her name and I post with her name too, because it is so unfair.

They get my order wrong every single time. And there’s no refund. You have to send your credit card number to an email and wait for them. I don’t understand how they can be so incompetent. This is the last time I order from here.

Nice staff, I pretty much surprised them with a rather big order on a Sunday morning but they were up for the task and managed to get it ready within 10 minutes! Delicious Bagel, their salmon bagel and avocado ones are excellent. Their sausage and egg bagel also great!

Tried Texas brisket egg sandwich (bagel) plus their cheesy hash brown and soon it turned out to be a great pick for my breakfast. I usually prefer classic or original menu. However, this sandwich tasted really great and it’s because the beef was well seasoned and the entire thing was just greatly balanced. Very close from one of the best travel attractions in Pittsburgh.
