I am currently sitting here at Ei8ht Noodles, just finished the vegan menu option, Pad See Ew with soy meat. Yes, I’m going to try and limit my meat consumption. Not entirely, yet, but taking it easy on the animals a tad. Their meatless options are a decent amount to choose from, and from this first pick, absolutely delicious! Already passing on the good news to others and planning on coming back soon. Friendly and fast service as well! So all I have to say is, five stars every day!

Delicious food! And the honeydew and mango boba tea were sp different yet so tasty and yummy! I think honeydew was sweeter than the mango boba tea. Chicken Vermicelli salad was amazing with the hot noddles! I have always have it served with cold noodles in Texas. Big different! The other dish was #36 or #38, very delicious my hubby said abd very spicy as that is how he ordered it! Must try! Spring rolls with shrimp were so good! Enjoy everyone!

Wonderfully friendly service! The egg rolls, peanut sauce with a veggie/tofu entree were epic! Hot (temperature not spicy) fresh, wonderful flavor. Definitely a favorite new restaurant for us! Clean wooden tables, and amazing looking bubble tea-we’ll be back to try it!

We tried a few appetizers and sides and it was all so delicious! The wings were my favorite. They were tangy and a little spicy and so crispy! The bubble tea was pretty sweet, but I still enjoyed it. We tried the lavender and the mango milk teas. Their online ordering system is really great and the food was ready to go when I got to the store.

Fine take-out service, everything nicely packaged and labelled for our group of 7. I ordered 2 hours ahead of time and they appeared to be finishing it up just before we arrived.

Their pho is delicious! We get it to go and the noodles are a block but if you give it time and use a fork they come apart nicely. Everything we have gotten has been great. They do tend to stare at you while you fill out the credit card slip and Pad Thai portions are really small especially for the price which is why I took a star off.
