Fresh and hot w/ very quick service; its always a pleasure for me to start my day off with a curated selection from Eggs Up; I have yet to go wrong! Special shoutout to Emyli at the Holly Springs location! I strive to try something different each trip, however, some of the simplistic staples just stick better! Give me some bacon, home fries, custard-coated bread w/ fruit along with a couple glasses of water and a carafe of something bubbly to help wash it all down!

This place is great for brunch. . Comfortable booths & good food. I had the coffee flight, which I have never done before. It was amazing! So much fun to have four different flavored coffees to sample and test. And they were delicious. If you go there, you must try it. Server was delightful and explained to us how to reheat our leftovers in the air frier. Good vibes here.

We had the opportunity to try Eggs Up! Grill, and this was our third visit to the chain, though our first time at this particular location. After a couple of mediocre experiences at other locations, we finally had a great visit.

The service was consistent with our previous experiences—everyone was busy and moving around—but this time, the food was phenomenal. It was filling, rich, and very satisfying. I ordered the carne asada burrito and was a big fan of the thin-sliced meat and seasonings. My wife got an omelette loaded with sausage, eggs, cheese, and other ingredients, topped with gravy and sausage. It was delicious and came with a side of toast.

One of the managers stopped by to check on us, which was thoughtful and gave us an opportunity to speak up if we’d had any issues with our food. We didn’t have any complaints.

The restaurant was somewhat loud, but if you’ve been to an Eggs Up! before, you know what to expect. They’re only open for breakfast and lunch, so mornings are busy with lots of people. You’ll likely wait around 20 minutes for a table. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely come back for that burrito again.

I went to the Holly Springs location, they only had three staffs on the floor. which was ridiculous for how busy they were. My dad has a back pain problem, so we asked to move to the adjacent empty booth. The hostess that seated us originally said they were too busy and could not clean the table but the table was already clean and ready for someone to sit there. She said somebody else had already requested the booth but we had been there for a half hour and originally requested a booth but none were available when we first arrived. We were sitting on the hard chairs with no cussions for 30 minutes and we had not been served so there was no food on the table to move.
I don’t wish to play the race card but I have a feeling it may have been because myself and my family are Asian. She was very rude when she talked to us.

our waitress was very friendly and apologetic and took 20% off our check which we didn’t really care about because we had a 20% off coupon that we’re going to use. The manager was too busy, he did not have a time to talk to us.

I think we made very good customers because we not only cleaned our own table when we were done but we also left her a $20 tip.

It took them an hour to serve pretty basic food we ordered. When asked, they shared they were short staffed, but this was after waiting for a table at 20 minutes with a toddler who was very upset. The food was average at best. I do not think I will return here again.

My husband and I dined in today and wanted to share our experience despite the many great reviews. We chose this restaurant because of how highly rated it is.

When we walked in, we were greeted by the hostess. It was a bit busy, but we noticed empty seats at the bar and asked if we could sit there, especially since we heard her tell the group ahead of us that seating was first come, first serve. The hostess hesitated, and it seemed like letting us sit at the bar might have been inconvenient, so we decided to wait for a table instead. She said it wouldn’t be long, and we waited about 10 minutes, which was totally fine.

Once seated, our waitress—Arly E, according to the receipt—was attentive at first, but that changed after we received our food. My husband ordered the Coastal Crab Cake Benny, which was supposed to come with a poached egg. Instead, the egg was more like hard-boiled. We’re not the type to send food back, and it was still edible, just not as advertised. I ordered the Churro Crunch French Toast, which was amazing. Overall, the food was good, but the portions were small for the price.

We also ordered a cold brew flight and waters. Before the food arrived, my husband finished his water, and it remained empty for the rest of our visit. Our waitress never offered a refill or brought one automatically. After the food was served, while we were still eating and mid-conversation, she dropped the check at the end of the table without saying anything. I still had half my meal left when my husband asked for a box. We paid and waited about 10 minutes, but the box never came, so we eventually decided to leave.

It seemed like our waitress was more focused on chatting with other tables than attending to all of her customers. While the food itself was good, the customer service was lacking, and we left wishing we’d had a better overall experience.

My husband and I don’t normally eat out for breakfast but this week we had a few early starts and gave some breakfast places in the area a try.
Eggs up grill in Holly Springs is the winner!
We ate here three times in the past week. The food always came out exactly how we ordered it.
The ingredients tasted very fresh, the price point is fair and the servers are extremely attentive.
I had the eggs Benedict once and the crab cake Benedict with added Canadian bacon twice. It came out perfect all three times and tasted great!
My husband had the avocado toast with scramble and a side of corned beef hash. He loved it so much that he ate it all three times.
We will be back for sure.

We woke up early yesterday and decided to kick off our 33rd Wedding Anniversary here for Breakfast…I even wore a dress for the first time in Forever. We arrived a little after 7am and were taken to a booth on the left side. I noticed (1) the bench was covered in crumbs, but as she had walked off, I brushed them off and sat down. We ordered 2 coffees when she came back and, though the creamer bowl was full, (2) there were no Hazelnut so hubby had to go find her to ask for some. We ordered our food and I when my 1/2 size BLT sandwich arrived, there was (3) no mayo on it and as I moved the Clump of bacon out to fill the sandwich it was (4) Ice Cold…not “sitting out room temperature” cold but “Just out of the Ice Box” Cold! I told her, she took it away, then returned a few moments later. The bacon was Warm but the Grease wasn’t hot and and (5) the Bacon was Limp. When I told her, she asked me 3 times “but it’s warm, right”? I told her it was Obviously put in a Microwave and she said “No, he took this out of the Frying Pan”. I picked it up in Front of her again (no hot grease) and Showed her it was Limp. (6) No Apology, she Just Walked Off. I choked down about 2/3 of my rubbery bacon 1/2 sandwich then turned to my 1/2 salad…(7) the bowl itself–usually filled level–was Only 1/2 Full!! Are You Kidding Me?? I never touched the salad, just snapped a picture (see attached) and asked for a togo container. We Usually have good Experiences at the Fuquay Varina and Garner locations…this was Extremely Surprising and as we were Trying to Celebrate a Special Day for us, this was also Extremely Disappointing on All Levels. I didn’t Feel like going through the Drama of Asking for Management, (8) nor were they Offered. I Truly felt like we were Ripped off by being Presented the Full Bill for a Substandard Meal and as a former waitress in my Earlier Years, this was the First Time in a Very Long Time I left a restaurant without Leaving any Type of tip…It Felt Deserved and Earned. If you Value Incompetent Service and Low Quality at a High Price then This Evidently is the Place for You…We Like to get Value for Our Money so We Won’t be Coming back Here.
UPDATE: Per Your Response you “will make sure on [our] NEXT VISIT [your] service will meet [our] expectations.”?? I Clearly Stated that we Will NOT BE Returning to Your Location; Obviously you Folks pay as Little Attention to Details as Your Staff.

Not bad but definitely not great. We were a little disappointed with the food, the coffee was the biggest letdown. Our server was very good and attentive and the we received our meals quickly. Maybe it was an off day?

Good food and the service was fairly quick. Good selection of brunch items as well. Depending on the day/time, parking can be tricky. 4 out of 5 stars as we had a party of 7 and when the bill came we asked to break it out and she just replied with its all together… Didn’t seem very motivated to accommodate redoing the bill.
