I ordered my food through the app. I got the chicken wrap trio for $8 and some change. The chicken was good, and I waited, because they prepared it fresh
However apparently I didn’t have it my way. I wanted onions and pickles on each chicken wrap, that I ordered through the app. There were onions in 1, but all the others no onions and pickles
I would give 3 stars because the floor was sticky. But since the woman at the register was so nice I give 4 stars

It’s not often I’m impressed by fast food restaurants but that changed here. I have never seen a cleaner restroom (and I drive a truck) and see lots of them. Great job to the staff here from top to the bottom. Thank you for making life on the road a little easier. Double Whooper meal was fast and hot. Much appreciated!

Avoid this BK. I went inside after waiting 10 minutes for my order in the drive thru (we were the only vehicle in drive thru.) There was two customers walking up to the register. The employee running the cash register appeared to be high. Moving at slower than a snail pace. He has his back turned to everyone while he scooped up half of an order of French fries into our large order of fries. After scooping the fries he talked with the other employee in the kitchen, for an additional couple of minutes before turning around. Horrible Service. Homeless people parked and passed out drug addicts outside the BK. Best to keep driving. Before we drove off they locked the BK doors.

They were 20 out from closing and would answer the drive-thru for the car infront of me, so I backed up and went around to the door and saw who I can only assume was the manager sitting in the lobby. She shouted “You have to go to the drive-thru.” I in turn pointed at my watch and shouted “Get out of your seat and answer the drive-thru.” I went through and sure enough they messed up my order, but I was happy to see 6 more cars in line. I cut around them went to the window and showed the gentleman my sandwich, and told him, “Please just give me the missing ingredients on a new bun and I will fix it myself.”
The sloppy, unkempt appearance of the woman who was sitting in the dinning room tells me that she didn’t care much about her own appearance, and therefore probably not much about the cleanliness of the restaurant.
I wouldn’t have eaten there but it was late and I am anemic so I didn’t have much of a choice.

We had to go in twice for our food to get fixed. The burgers looked like the employees just squished it in their hand then was mad when we brought them back the first time. The second time was because they forgot the cheese we ordered. I was nice when I went in but the manager was rude to me. They also can’t fix a simple hamburger with only ketchup so our daughter’s food wasn’t unedible. We went to McDonald’s and now will not come back. They are lucky we were too mad to take a pic.

I guess they just decided they aren’t even toasting the melts anymore. Which kinda defeats the whole purpose of a “Melt”. I’d understand not toasting them if I got the food fast, but I had to pull past the window and sit for 15 minutes just to get my order.

We ordered a chocolate Oreo milkshake and it came with vanilla at the bottom and all the chocolate at the top and it’s too thick and they gave us a straw to drink. Terrible service had to wait very long and the servers were very rude to us and we definitely will not be coming back. A total waste of money and my day.

I liked this place.
And the food seemed well prepared, and it was important that it was neatly packaged. I think this is important. I think everyone has seen their burger in a package stained with oil or sauce. This is a real tragedy if you like neatness, or at least don’t like getting your hands and face dirty.
Thanks to the very nice man with a mustache – the employee at the cash register. He welcomes every visitor, and I was pleased to see his smile and receive food from his hands, despite the fact that I am also a man with a mustache and a straight man. All the visitors who were with me left in a good mood and well-fed.
The room was cozy and clean. The restroom is quite clean.
