Fast service and friendly staff. The food was messed up but the manager Whittney fixed my order and she was very professional and very courteous. I see her all the time when I stop here and she’s always so sweet. The food is always hot and fresh and I love the remodel of the store! Best Burger King hands down!!

BK right off interstate 81 so you figure a quick in and out for travelers. Not our experience. Waited 15 minutes to get to front of line (inside, not drive-thru) then counter clerk decided to take a smoke break, actually watched him prop open back door light a cigarette and pull out his phone while we ( and about 10 other customers ) were waiting at the counter. No other BK associate ( there were 5 others I could count) covered the front, they just ignored the growing line inside and worked the drive-thru. Waited 5 more minutes at the head of the line then walked out…hungry.

Good food, would’ve given 5 stars but my burger and onion rings could’ve been cooked alittle longer. They were done just not crispy enough and hamburger was simi cold and seemed like it could’ve been browned or done just a little more.

Everything is always messed up here everytime you order they always get it wrong. What they out of cheese or something. They never add the cheese to the whopper and we get charged for it. Get your stuff together.
